  1. Had the same head in white. Now belongs to another fine gent on here. Lovely head! Nice muffled sound. Likes to go straight and roll out. GLWS Stew!
  2. My too ? Never had mich issue with the ball turning right. Fight the left side with too stiff shafts and open face angle.
  3. I played the P2's a few rounds and they were just so easy to hit and they are well made.
  4. And I'm certain it is one of the best made putters you will ever find.
  5. I would assume that there is always room to improve. See the Benock thread for instance.
  6. I've seen (and gamed..) a lot of weird looking putters in my day but these are "an acquired taste". The STX Sync Tour was the same, but I liked it after a while. It's a thing you have to try when nothing else works. It I get the yips again, this may be the answer.
  7. Have not playedthem but they may enter the HoF of looks alone ?
  8. Ok, the MB Hall of Fame. Shall we create it? Random order - here are some of my picks, based on playability, looks, feel and craftsmanship - not looks alone. -Yonex Chiba MB (limited experience thus far but very promising) -Epon P2 -Mizuno TP-9 -Mizuno MP-14 -Honma PP-717
  9. I have had a set of these for about a year. Shafted them with Crazy Tour Targets, got Masda Slicks on them and put them in the closet - never hit them. Got a glimps of them the other day and pulled them out. My oh my they are beautiful. Pretty close to perfection. Took them to the range with a busted left thumb but just had to take a couple of swings with them. I have not hit a ball since August and here I'm looking down on a blade 6 iron and I feel, comfortable. Weird. I hit 10 balls before I got to sore. I caught two or three of them thin, and the others were flushed. What an amazing feel they have too. A little feedback (thankfully) but mostly just pure softness. These are going in my bag. It may not be for scoring but who cares. They will make me feel like a player and that is worth a lot to a "has been". Can't believe I forgot how beautiful they are. After a few rounds with these, going back to cb's will not be fair.. I know Stew has played these. Anyone else have an opinion on them for looks, feel and playability?
  10. I sent you a PM but if you have not seen it, I assume it is about 20 eur to ship it to Scotland.
  11. Free?! That is what good guys do to other good guys!
  12. The Bullseye flange made right. So pretty. I wish I could make a put over two feet with is.
  13. Thanks Willy but I just traded me a di in another deal.
  14. Found! Thanks Royce and TSG
  15. Golf cellar - got to love it. :-)
  16. Agree - makes it a bit more special. This came out of your arsenal Mr Noboru.
  17. And that is what is so great hanging out gere and being addicted to the vest stuff there is. We all have a bunch of stuff that we can play around with and the bag has a different combination of sticks on different days. I dread being reborn as an everyday Joe who has 14 clubs bought at Golfsmith and never change them up. Or worse, never feel the urge to..
  18. It is the TiNi 2013 proto - the expensive shaft with more of the goodness than the standard TiNi.
  19. I may not be the right guy to answer that Chuck, as I still pull out a 1-iron on windy days, but no. I don't think it makes sense to have hybrids with a higher loft than 24° or so, if you have decent ball-striking abilities. Controlling trajectory, distance and curvature (can you use that word instead of draw/fade?) is so much easier with an iron in my opinion. I have a 21° hybrid and when I stand over the ball to hit it I'm never confident I'll hit the green. Long irons is different - I love hitting them and often do it quite well with a good amount of control.
  20. What did you shoot Nob? Agree - that Tourstage is great!
