  1. Though not mentioned in your poll, I think the 08' Cobra Pro CB's might be worthy of consideration. I'm certainly looking forward to their release.
  2. In the states, check out Byron Morgan's work @ Byronputters.com. Without a doubt one of the best around. He can mill and customize any of his piece to suit, whether it's the weight, lie neck length, face roll, etc. If you like the Newport Beached, check out his 007's "slotted"; cabon steel, 303 Stainless, TCB, just about any material you'd like. Finish work is all done by him, by hand and is absolutely first rate. Great craftsman and certainly worth a call to him.
  3. Fujikura ReAx Rombax 75g. just seems to fit my swing.....
  4. I'm very taken by the look of these 900 MD's. I prefer a clubhead with a well centered CG, nothing bottom loaded. How are these? Any idea re: the Offset and Bounce numbers? Can't seem to find any usable spec's [in English] anywhere.... Thanks,
  5. I am seriously considering the purchase of a set of PRGR TR 900 MD's, but have no idea how they would compare to what I currently play (Titleist 695 CB's). Could anyone who has played these irons give me their opinions as to Ball flight; Feel; Comparision to Mizuno 33's, 32's, 60's etc.... Before I spend $1,200.00 USD, I would certainly appreciate any insight(s) that are available. Thanks, Robb
  6. Do you have any pic's of the club faces? I would be interested. Thanks
  7. It's been suggested to me that the NS Pro shafts built, by Nippon, for Titleist are very different from their own GH Series. Does anyone have some insight(s) regarding the playing characteristics and differences, if any, between Nippon's 1050 GH and the NS Pro 970 & 100's made for Titleist ? I've had the opportunity to hit both the NS Pro 100 and 970 and found that while they offer better loading (more so with the NS100), they continue to lack the combination of feel, flight and shot dispersion that I'm looking for. None of the "fitters" or Golf Shops in this area have Nippon's own GH shafts available, either by themselves or in a demo, so I've been unable to try them. I've become increasingly (and now wholly) disatisfied w/ the lack of feel in the DG S300 and am looking for options, with an emphasis on "feel". I really want to ......feel..... the shaft/clubhead evenly load and unload, with a smooth swing. There is nothing remarkable in terms of my swing style, very even tempo (average to slow), marginally aggressive through impact, +/-108 club speed with the driver and +/-84 with a 6-iron. My preference(s) going forward would be..... Lighter static weight; D-2 / D-3 swing weight; and mid to mid-high trajectory. Any insight(s) would be appreciated...
