  1. its really solid. I had a chance to hit the centershaft and I really like it a lot. Its all 303SS and really good feel. The head is about the size of a 2 ball and a lot smaller than a bobby grace. It makes a really good roll and putts stay on line well. The retail for these is $250.
  2. FS no trades please. No headcover since this is a proto with the club designation on the sole, not the loft. The club weighs in at D5 at 39.5" with the fuji, but I will also include the x-flex irod shaft which was specd at D3 at 40". Very clean, some scratches on the face and some scratches to the clearcoat on the back. Asking $350 email: [email protected]
  3. Hey all, For sale, no trades, paypal please. All prices include shipping and paypal fees. Please email me if interested: [email protected] R7 TP retail headcover New $35 Vokey 252.08 Black chrome S300 shaft 8.8/10 std length, loft and lie, grooves are perfect, finish will wear and it will become a raw wedge $85 SYB 2 iron X100, 39.25" golf pride tour wrap grip Std loft and lie Like the Fourteen 858, but with less offset: Syb vs Fourteen comparison $85
  4. Well, they initially didn't release the 300 tour, but it became a hit. As well as the r510 df. The shallow r7 was featured on WITB on the golf channel. Angela Jerman was showing it off in her bag.
  5. If you don't mind the sharper leading edge, the X-blades are more forgiving than the MR23s.
  6. Here is an ok picture of mine:
  7. I heard it was a safety seal only for the asian markets. Even the DG shafts in japan have the S seal.
  8. I think Justin Rose tried a gauge putter on the pga.
  9. Its worse. They have to get rid of their entire Z-line inventory by June. There are already some discount Z150 and Z140 fairway woods on ebay. They are not sure what they are going to use in the US, but they signed Brandt Snedeker to play tourstage equipment.
  10. US tourstage reps are supposed to get a special release of MR23s, though I am not sure if they are the blades or CBs. They were going to replace the badge with another one to make it different than the japan releases. This is coming from a rep who knew about the Xblades, MR23s etc....
  11. I would love a mizuno wedge with the titleist M grind on it. That would be perfect.
  12. Now we need some comparison pics with mizuno and mr23s.... thanks.
  13. its not a US product, and I am surprised the x-blade can get gotten in the US.
  14. I'm not sure how long the standard x-blade 2 iron is, but my xblade with the s200, is shorter or maybe the same length as my 3 iron. I'm reshafting anyway. As for the lie why not just make it longer, thus changing the effective lie angle? I will probably make it 40" which is what I usually have for my 2 iron length. Standard x-blade length is 1/2" shorter than titleist standard. But, I'm used to it since I have a set of x-blades.
  15. Here are my initial reactions to the 2 iron 18* with DGS200. The head is definately not as long in the toe as the fourteen or SYB hybrids. The sole is flat and not rounded like the others. There is very little offset compared to either of the other known hybrids. The length is what I like about the airmuscle the most, its the same length as a standard x-blade 2 iron. I only had a chance to hit the club into a net, so no ballflight comparisons yet. The feel off the face was that of the fli-hi, but not as explosive and more solid feeling. It was hard to tell where I was hitting the ball on the face, so I assume its going to be pretty forgiving. I think I'm going to hold off on ballfight comparisons right now because I think the lie angle is a little flat for me, as I need at least 1* to 2* upright.
