MyGolfClubReviews also did a post about this just this week. The Sword Oil went on sale 10/05/08. Is there anything else you wish you could find on TSG?

Have you tried wiping them down with anything? Just this week TSG added Sword Oil which is supposed to help clean your clubs and return their shine. For only twenty bucks it might be worth a shot, though I tend to like the faded look as well. If anything Sword Oil is supposed to help keep you club clean and get protect it from rust. Give it a try and let's hear back from you.

Totally agree that this is one of the nicest sets we've seen in quite some time. Not too overboard, just a nice classic look. Any ideas on when they will be available? Has anybody had a chance to test them out yet?

This is a great tip, in fact I'm really going to give it a shot. My knees seem to kill me after 18 holes and the more I play the shorter my drives get. Anything I can do to save my knees and my score I'm all for it. If anybody else has tried this, I'd be interested in hearing from them.

I think that the new X-Drive and X-Blades have got to be one of the nicest sets to come out for 2009. I mean all the different options available are crazy. For those looking to have as much control over what goes into the make-up of their club, I don't see how they could do any better than this line.

I just wrote a post about this so look for it tomorrow on MyGolfClubReviews. It's actually a pretty handy tool to have. Other than soap and water there's not much out there as far as keeping you clubs clean and believe it or not rust is a problem at times. Basically Sword Oil soaks into the metal and helps restore the clubs back to their original finish.

I've got a two year old and this sounds like the only way I'll ever catch him on film. Thanks for the heads up!

During the Ryder Cup Paul Casey was seen carrying around a new putter that looked liked one of the new Nike Victory Red types possibly coming out in 2009. Does anyone know anymore info an just what it's going to be called and when it will be debuted? I've checked all my sources and nobody knows (or at least isn't saying) anything. If anybody has got any new pics or new info, we want to hear from you!

I like the black finish as well (don't know if I'd go as far as some have in that direction.lol), but it is a nice look. My only concern would be if I scuffed them up.
