  1. 8 out of 10...it is etching texture...still a nice looking stick tho...
  2. Thanks and yes...my day job got a lot of spare time... so by doing this...showing off and somehow doing "meditation"..;-)
  3. Inspired by...Kirk's guitar... 1 and half hours work...some minor errors tho... but it was 1st try and overall...looking good...
  4. I have been working on this on and off a while... a LONG while ago...years....saw Hoikaido grind on a set of Mizuno irons... I thought..how about do it on wedges... after couple of tried...playing around different angle combination and end up very low bounce...which is no so good... because I have to file a big chunk of meat off chamber to make the surface flat.... anyway, depending on the bounce that the raw edge head comes with...I finally got 8 deg bounce out off 12 deg raw bounce... the result is not bad... 2 tier bounce, the front around 24-26 deg and back tier around 6-8 deg... tried it on bunker, truf, muddy ground...the performance is quite nice...significantly promoting ball contact feedback.. the sharp front edge can really get under the ball..... the only drop back is, because the back area bounce is low...so decent control skill of wedge is needed.. the process takes time and concentration... because I can't find a way to do the angle properly on grinder... so all angles are hand filed to the rough shape then high # grind then scotch polished on the grinder.... below is photos of progression.... photos were taken from cellphone...crappy... and I am working on something else.... so I haven't have chance to finish polish and stamping stuff... will upload as soon as I get it done enjoy ...
  5. just go get midsize or jumbo grips... adding three or more layers of tape...they would "shrik" after a while... the thing is that....no matter what grade of tape...they always has glue and backing material...film or paper. depending on the conditions...dry/wet....the glue usually gets "dried" after you used them for a while....then the grip shrink or twisted around the shaft... hope this help.
  6. Hi All try to find a JDM wedge here... The stock model is...with couple of heart symbols (♥) and words in diagonal arrangement. I can't remeber who but several JLPGA players do put their wedges in the bags. Please help me...thanks
  7. Hi all I know you guys are good at JDM. A friend of mine sent me a photo because a while ago I was looking for my 2nd set of iron. Instead of buying techy-looking iron sets, I personally prefer more classic full cavity back. I am very interested in the iron in the photo he sent me but the guy just won't tell me the brand and source. Please help me up....thanks
  8. Not sure if I've seen this before...a guy is a handcrafted anser maniac who lives near my apt... any trained guy can send a CAD file into a sophisticate CNC machine then use high grade steel to cut out something that we call putter...but this is not putter all about. To make a putter as the extension of you hands, on the green... there gotto be more than that. Despite the business strategy...Webb is nowhere near Gold's. my 2 cents opinion.
  9. sorry, dude....not for a while I'd sell this baby.
  10. thanks gocchin... I have the same idea...except...I may change the length 34" to 35" then SW won't be a problem...I'm not real a tungsten person. Maybe I will do a dull Telfon finish with high glossy paint-fill and see what's coming out.... From what I see...leave the dragon logo intact and still have the face milled won't be a difficult job to the Master Sasaya... Thanks for you two...
  11. Sure , idrive...I will send it to you if you want. but you need to cover the shipping cost, since I am living in the Mars, and will cost you half mils via Space Shuttle Express.... Thanks anyway....
  12. Hi all I recently acquired a putter from a friend, it is a GF proto sample for Dancing With Dragon. Does anyone has its info? insight story? can't find it anywhere in the internet. Thanks
