  1. Hey guys!! Found this recent YouTube video from SKG (Shinagawa Koei Golf ) This is SKG's version of the Seven x Shinagawa MBs. I was surprised to see that the head shape is 100% hand grind!! Pretty amazing skills! I think most purist would appreciate this over the more modern CNC manufactured heads. Very tempted to shaft up my heads and actually start playing them. 🙂
  2. I have 2 Benock putters currently. 1 with the standard SUS303 and the other with SUS316L... They are built with different shafts ( steel vs graphite ) so it's not if the difference in feel is coming from the head or the shaft.... but my personal opinion is that the 316L does feel slightly more muted at impact which contributes to a softer feel. I do think the SUS303 head provides clearer feedback and perhaps just a tad more solid feeling. While not in the material options that Benock offers, I have a Seven putter in Sandvik Stainless Steel ... this one feels softer than the 316L.

Wow!! 2 sets of LEDs !!! And one of them are NEW?? I think they are the best wedges PRGR ever produced. GLWS!
  4. Got to be the last few that's left on earth especially in an S flex. I had mine saved for the perfect occasion but it seems that I've waited too long and these shafts are too much shaft for me now. Modus 120 Stiff are the perfect fit for me at the moment even with 5 days of gym time trying to maintain myself physically. 🙂 Getting older is tough!! Good luck with this sale!!
  5. Really? I've been getting quite a bit stuff direct from Japan thanks to the favorable exchange rate against the Yen and forwarding services like Buyee and Tenso. I need to stop now!! 🙂
  6. RM-W is a custom order only model with enhancement updates from the RM-4 based on feedback from tour pros. raw satin finish only. RM-Alpha is a new model that sits between the RM-4 and DJ-5 ... which means its more or less a slightly forgiving version of RM-4.
  7. Japan of course!! 🙂 US-England match was pretty good to watch!
  8. likely a zero missing at the end...
  9. Oh yes... I had the privilege of trying their iron shafts back when they were still prototypes at the fitting studio in Tokyo. Had really good stability and even though it was in a n Epon 703 head, the shafts almost erased any kind of clickiness of the face. Never really took off as a product because of the uber high price but was definitely one of the best for sure! Seven Dreamers Lab as a company went under in 2019 and now their shaft division still lives under a new name called "Imide and Suns."
  10. How could I have forgotten! Crazy STP shafts in 85g or less are very good iron shafts. The 100g and above are too stout and boardy for most. I've used the 85g in my UT irons or Hybrids and they work very well. They are proprietary stepped graphite design.
  11. Black has weight flow whereas silver is constant weight. And perhaps that explains why the Blacks felt easier especially for the longer irons because they were actually a bit lighter than the short irons.
  12. Of the graphite iron shafts I've used before, Mitsubishi OT irons were pretty good as well as the Fujikura MCI Blacks. Did not prefer the silver MCI though.... Also, if you are on a budget, Mitsubishi Kurokage TiNi LBP (Low Balance Point) shafts are excellent. I have one in 105g now in my Honma TW-U 4 iron. I believe they also come in a 65g and an 85g. Titelist still have these shafts in their custom option lineup for their T200 and T300 irons the last time I checked.
  13. do a google look up on ディアマナ チップアダプタ ... should get you several online sources.
  14. I looked this up.... but they provide zero explanation of how this is achieved and no info on the inner diameter of the tip. If its a single piece carbon fiber tip, I'd be too worried about the tip section breaking due to the wall thickness being too thin. Only way I can think of is to make the shaft with hybrid construction a la Bi-Matrix with a metal tip section and cover the connection area with a nice heavy coat of paint. :) Aesthetically, that would be better for sure.
  15. yea I guess... but changing the neck/hosel design would change the head design all together. A Benock Pantaleone in a plumbers neck would not do itself any justice! 🙂
  16. Ever since I experienced the Dogatti PT putter shaft several years ago when it was introduced, I always had the shaft in at least one of my putters. The head naturally needed to be one that would accept a 9.2mm ( .355") diameter shaft. Like a plumbers neck type head. So I had the shaft in an anser style head most of the time. However, someone at Mitsubishi came up with a shaft adapter that would allow installing a carbon putter shaft on a head that has an over -the-hosel type neck. It's not the most pretty result, but heck, I like the shaft so much I decided to try this method on one of my over-the-hosel Benock putters!! A couple of Dogatti shafts on order along with these putter shaft adapters from Mitsubishi! Will post pics once I have one built. In the mean time, here is an example of what it would look like.
  17. Will be posting these out to the auction site by the end of the week. Price will be more on the auction site to cover the ridiculous costs! 🙂
  18. Been a crazy year for golf with LIV, and now TMRW... but hey Tour Championship/Fedex Cup finale is still well and alive!! I'm thinking it will be between Schauffele, Cantlay, Burns and Scheffler.... If McIlroy keeps his focus, he could be in the mix too. Dark Horse pick would be Cameron Young. There are so many other player's in the field that I would call out too. Very deserving and qualified mix of 30 players this year!!
  19. I like the head shape! The previous gen Kuro driver was supposedly one of the longest drivers on the market including all the USDM drivers. So if this is a refined version of that, should be really good!!
  20. That sounds promising!! I just sold my custom fitted Stealth Plus since I was hitting my SIM2 Max w/Tour AD PT Hi Mod better!! So much for custom fitting!! I am waiting to pre-order a TSR. Not sure which model yet but likely a TSR2. I will likely use the Kurokage '13 again.
  21. Pretty much set at the moment. I still have 6 putters after clearing all that is here. 😞 But thanks for the trade offer.
