  1. Have you tried a different browser? or a different PC? If you are trying to load iPhone HEIC pictures it may not let you. ( not 100% sure )
  2. probably a variant of NS Pro 950GH... BTW I love the 950GH... used to be a bit too light for me but as I got older it's started to fit me like a glove!!
  3. My wild guess but probably not far off. At this point, close to none of the game improvement irons are made in Japan. The reason is simple. "cost" . There is absolutely no factory in Japan who can produce iron heads cheaper than in China or Taiwan.
  4. Sounds like you are looking for irons actually made in Japan. Truth of the matter these days are that Japanese brands have offshored most of their manufacturing to overseas. (mostly China and Taiwan. ) Some honest brands actually mention that only the final assembly are done in Japan and the components are made elsewhere. Other brands are still hiding the fact that their stuff come from overseas countries and try to make it sound like it is made in Japan. Now... are the Chinese made and Taiwanese made irons bad? No not at all. If you think about it, 99% of the PGA players are playing these Chinese made or Taiwanese made irons and making gobs of money when then win. Looking at your list, most of the models are Game Improvement type irons which are most likely made outside of Japan. Some manufacturers still make their one piece carbon steel forged irons in Japan. But even those are becoming rare and harder to find. I know that Yonex makes some of their forged irons in Japan. Miura Giken also another brand that still forges their heads in Japan. Kyoei and other boutique brands have forged irons made in Japan too.
  5. Sound like these new models are overseas specific model ... which mens that Masda Japan retailers will not be carrying them. Other than the toe shape and the arakenma finish, they look similar to the Fast Muscle irons.
  6. VD/M a couple of degrees stronger lofted. Slightly more forgiving on off center hits thanks to the multi material construction. VD/R is your traditional single piece carbon steel forged. I believe they still use heat treated ( annealing ) S20C carbon steel. With the VD/R they designed it so that the CG ( center of gravity ) is closer to the center of the face. traditionally, CG has been closer towards the heel in many of the single piece forged irons. In my opinion, VD/R is one of the softest feeling players cavity backs out there. Like many modern players irons sold today, there is a bit of offset. overall a very good set of irons. I was really looking forward to these. But for me, an older PRGR TR500 gave me better results. Maybe my swing is just old school like the rest of me! LOL
  7. VD/M is the multi-material version of their latest line up. For sure, one of the better feeling multi-material heads I've tried.
  8. Not exactly vacation but I am back now. 🙂 Was back in Japan caring for my 87 year old dad and his wife. Spending a month with them during their physical recovery from an injury reminded me how quickly time flies and also how precious it is to be healthy with mobility. Will be responding to PMs shortly. Sorry about the wait.
  9. VD/M is multi material player's distance cavity ( think Srixon ZX5) VD/R is single piece forged. ( like Srixon ZX7 ) Couple of degrees stronger loft on the VD/M vs VD/R
  10. Dropping prices in hopes to move these fast as I'm heading over to Japan for 4 weeks starting March 3.
  11. V203 Tourmodel was the best feeling head for me even compared to other Yamahas. Definitely not the most forgiving. 🙂 V203 and the Bridgestone P02-6 were two of my all time favorite smallish heads.

  15. Here you go. 7 has a light scratch on the sole. 9 has a tiny rock chip on the sole. The other heads have no marks that I can find.
  16. It was between this TP-V NX and Tensei 1k Pro Blue in my TSR2 driver and the Tensei was a slightly better match for me. I would play the TP-V NX any day though!! 🙂
