  1. I recently picked up a set of PRGR RS-Red irons and i really love them. I decided to see if I could fill out the set with PRGR clubs and I seem to run into some confusion about the shaft flexes. My irons are M-40, supposedly senior flex and I'm happy with their performance. My RS-Red driver is the same... BUT, looking online for wedges and fairway woods, it looks like some people advertise M-40 as stiff or something in between stiff and regular. I understand it's supposed to be based on swing speed and M-40 seems right for me, but is there something I'm missing? Can M-40 represent some spread of flex? Thanks... Dennis
  2. Thank heavens my last name isn't really Hogan, or people might expect a whole lot more from me on the golf course. Actually, my name is Dennis Miller, the same as the comedian who was popular some years ago. Since I'm older than him, I consider his use of my name to be identity theft and if I ever meet him, I'll squash him like a bug. That probably means I'll lost my balance and simply fall on him, but it sounds better to be macho. 🙂
  3. I have tried to communicate with Epon, with no success. I have a set of Epon irons with steel shafts. I would like to replace them with graphite, but I'd like to confirm the specs on the current shafts first. On the web, I find conflicting information on the NS Pro 1050 shaft. I am presuming that's the shaft since it's what was advertised by the seller, but there seems to be extra designations other than just the 1050 number, usually letters following 1050. I have a serial number on the set, but I'd like Epon to confirm what is already in it, so I can duplicate the tip size and possible taper. Is anyone aware of an Epon archive where they list specs? Thanks...
  4. I've been playing golf for nearly 70 years now, well enough to have it pay for college and poorly enough that now, my ego can hardly stand me anymore. I lived in the Caribbean for a number of years and learned to play in the wind. That style has served me much better than throwing darts and to this day, people look at me, (6'7", 235 lbs), and wonder what the hell I'm doing. My joys are my family, my 2 goofy little dogs, my golf library and this crazy game we love. BTW - My screen name comes from my Bichon Frise, Hogan... I hope this finds you all well...
