  1. Come on MG, you know me better than that. Low? Last time I sold you a 580XD you were hitting some towering shots that kept going forever.... Any offer on the putters? Really hope not to go to Ebay.
  2. Did someone say 671 TE? Thanks to a kind member on this board, who shall remain nameless (Ray)...finally have a 510DF 9.5 with "Titanium" on the toe and a 671TE stiff flex. I definitely know why the DFs are a little more sought after than the TP. Still though the J340 remains king...I just can't get over how solid the head feels. Toby, I am glad to see you're still keeping strong there. I guess there's really no winter back home (well So Cal doesn't have too much of one either), but it seems lots of ho's here are hibernating until spring.
  3. Leo, I am glad the putter is working for you. The one that was shortened 1/2 inch fits me much better.
  4. TRADED...thanks Ray! New Scotty Cameron Holiday 2002 Newport Two, black pearl finish. 35 inches. Dancing Candy Cane headcover and matching divot tool. $450 OBO Scotty Cameron Oil Can Newport in gun blue finish (not a refinish). New, but with shop wear (putted with in the shop that the putter originally came from, no dings, etc, but shows some signs of usage). The grip is a Scotty Full Chord with plastic still wrapped. Stickers are the scotty 3 point crown and shield. Oil instructions as well. Newport head with oil can Art of Putting designation and headcover. Offers please. I was told in discussions worth $500-600, don’t know if that much, but I’ll take whatever seems to be a good offer. Please PM for pics or questions.
  5. Robbie, where's the logic with Max being able to post in BSG and you getting banned? I guess...thou shall not covet your neighbors cartgirl is a greater offense than thou shall not steal.
  6. Thanks Plastk. Unfortunately, guess where Ari got his supporting data about not practicing on sand based ranges. Fortunately I only used my PW and 7 iron when I first started practicing there. Needless to say I don't practice there any more. So far like Ari mentions the finish has been pretty durable. I still have to hit more balls to give a more thorough opinion. I bought some copper cleaner when I first got the set and used it before taking the pic. Ari is right though, some play gives the iron some character. I am debating whether to let the set show its usage or try to keep the bling bling look. If you want a no maintenance finish you might want to think of a different finish. My brushed nickel wedges have been extremely durable and soft. If you don't mind a little upkeep and like some character the copper finish will grow on you.
  7. Sorry for the mild threadjack, but if you want to get an idea of the finish...here's the copper finish in the CBs. Due to work I haven't had a chance to play much, but I hope to give some comments after a round this weekend (fingers crossed).
  8. MOI SOLD...thanks Brandon 580xd now on Ebay. Item # 7103214693 MR 23 US Specs...$510 shipped and paypaled. I think the blueprinting and wooden dowels alone are worth near that price.
  9. Tour V Steel SOLD...thanks Reid. Eldik TRADED...thanks Mark. Pics sent to the first person asking re MOI. Lots of requests on this one. I'll work my way down the list if the first person passes. Thanks for all the interest, and if there's anything you're on the fence on please feel free to make an offer. Thanks, Duke

  11. oh so it's yours... well tell us if it really does feel like a tourstage..j340 to be exact... JohnnyTN, that's exactly what I wanted to know...slightly looks like one. Joe, you know me too well. 4 weeks...that sounds about right.
  12. Thanks Joe as always for your honesty. Please let me know if your R7S that feels like a Tourstage driver goes the way of your Scratch wedge. Or maybe I'll find one and let you work your magic on it. Thanks again!
  13. Joe, thanks for the pics. Do you think the R7 shallow will make its way to prodcution? It should help the greater majority of golfers that have trouble with the R7TP launch. What's the loft on the R7 Shallow and is it available?
  14. Price Drop before Ebay... $575 shipped if paying by money order $590 shipped if Paypal Or drop a trade/cash offer...getting withdrawals without golf boxes coming through.
  15. Sorry a bump to the PM that asked for specs...sorry I deleted by mistake. 5 iron 59* lie/27* loft I am willing to move down on price or add cash for gauge irons.... Thanks
  16. Bump for a good trader...Rhett's clubs are usually better than described.
  17. I've played the shafts mentioned, but I think FAQ's response is as good as it gets. I will add though IMO that I didn't feel that the PX played stiff to flex for me. I've played 5.5 to 6.5 and found them to be nearly the same to me, but I fit the profile for PX that FAQ spells out. Thanks FAQ for another quality post.
  18. Robbie, if you get tired with those Gauge irons, give me a holler....let's work out a trade. I Can't seem to sell anything anyway.
  19. It's ok. I just got back from the store with a brand new set of 2004 Big Bertha Irons following my Tourstage woes the past few weeks. :smile1: Flo, say it isn't so. Funny, I just had one of my best rounds playing the MR 23 US spec CBs, MR 23 3 and 5 wood, and my J340. Tourstage giveth and Tourstage taketh away...
  20. Trying to clear out some wands that have lost their magic for me.... Gauge Design Eldik Brand New 33 inches, blue ion grip $225 Big Ben (rolled weight added to back holes), new shaft and grip $125 Bettinardi MC-2 Japanese Prototype (Newport style head) Zodia ZM-001, mallet putter All have matching headcovers...All if not new, are in excellent condition. All putt great, but I have found a putter I am going to stick with for awhile. Please PM for questions or pics. Thanks
  21. Still available...willing to discuss trades or reasonable offers. Can also send pics. Looking for smoothies or gauge irons. Of course willing to listen to any offers. Thanks, Duke
  22. All PMs replied to. Please feel free to make offers. Just got a set of Scratch CBs and I think bag will be set shortly. Open to any reasonable cash (or cash + trade) offers. Thanks. Can send pics in the evening if requested.
  23. Hoping to work out a trade towards Gauge Design Irons... Also price is open to partial trades + cash if anyone is interested in the driver. Have other stuff to trade...
  24. For offer is a played, but still in good condition set of MR 23 US Specs. The set has been blueprinted by Joe Kwok and was owned originially by Ari. Specs are at D4, S400 softstepped, and have wooden dowels in the hosels. Lamkin crossline grips are starting to get slick (might need to be replaced). About 8 out of 10 due to bag chatter and normal wear. The irons provide incredible feedback at impact. Looking for Gauge Design irons. I understand the blueprinting alone was a pretty penny... Please PM with any questions.
