  1. Best JDM Driver in 2008 – Epon EMB / My love affair with Epon started with the 460 with a Diamana 65-S Whiteboard. A few years later, the Epon EMB is the straightest driver I’ve ever owned. Best JDM Iron of 2008 – Epon AF-301 / Pure Butter Baby! Best JDM Wedge of 2008 – Epon AF / See comment on irons. Best JDM Shaft of 2008 – GD QT Series / Great shaft, not the newest thing around but it definitely performs! Best Course you played on in 2008 – Dubsdread / Site of most Western Opens, this course is part of Cog Hill in Lemont, IL. Not the hardest course in the world but challenging nonetheless. Best shot you made in 2008 - / At Dubs, I holed out a sand wedge from 75 yards for eagle. I sent the ball about 15 yards past the hole and it zipped back right into the cup. WIN! Best Pro player in 2008 – Anthony Kim / AK is one of the most charismatic new players on the tour. He picked up the slack beautifully when Tiger got injured. At first his came off as extremely cocky but seems to be learning the ropes and mellowing. Droopy
  2. I only played once recently and still had the same problems...
  3. Yeah, I did the same thing. As long as I keep my head still, the putts stay online. My main issue is still that the sweet spot of the putter is not in the center of the clubhead but rather more towards the heel. My Tour Cameron had the sweet spot slightly towards the toe. This is why I'm having trouble adjusting to the putter.
  4. The putter is exactly 33.5 and my misses tend to be pulls (because my head doesn't stay still sometimes).
  5. Yes, I was consistently striking right around the center. When I purposely hit toward the heel, that's when the feel was best.
  6. Is the teflon black matte and the blackstar chrome shiny? Which one is darker? Thanks, Droopy
  7. The main issue is that the sweet spot of the putter doesn't seem to be directly in the center of the insert. It's a little bit toward the heel. My putter head is 352 so it weighs exactly the same as my old Tour Scotty. On the Tour Scotty, the sweet spot was a little towards the toe. Maybe that's why my putting has suffered... I'm just having trouble adjusting. That's why I wanted to change it up with a heavier putter shaft. I'm not sure that'll do much...just looking to try anything... Droopy
  8. Hey guys, I'd like to get a new shaft for my Gold's Factory putter. I got the standard shaft when I received the putter. While I'm happy with the putter, after 10 rounds, I'm still NOT used to it and my putting has suffered severely. I'm hoping that add a little weight to the shaft will help. Anyone know how heavy my current shaft is? Which Nippon shaft should I get? Thanks, Droopy
  9. Me too! I want to get either a GS-01 or GS-02 but I want to see the finishes AND the cavity part before I pull the trigger.
  10. Thanks! That would be awesome! :)
  11. Yeah, I just took out the stock Mach Line FW75 from my AF201 and replaced it with a GD Tour AD QT 65. My clubmaker wasn't able to save the ferrule...
  12. Anyone know if we can order Epon "graphite-looking" ferrules?
  13. Nevermind, just found the tipping instructions on the Graphite Design homepage. 0.5 inches for a 3wd.
  14. Hi, Just received my Graphite Design 65 Quattro Tech. I'd like to put it in a Epon AF201 3wd. I'm just looking for tipping instructions... Thanks, Droopy
