leme just say this about ease of use.

these are thick, they are small heads compact heads , but thick throughtout the muscle.

tourstage are thin and long, u dont felll ike uhave to hit hard at these heads , like u do the thin long ones.

they are much easier to hit well and they ahve a much more satisfying feel to them bec of the thicknes.

for somew reason i dont know why i just dont gte along witth them like the yonex or srixon pro 100

but they feell better.

if u read fro miura san he say the smaller heads are in fact easier to hit than huge bulbous GI irons.

i didnt find them hard to hit more than others, i love the smallness of them.

but for me im 100% about looks at address, and i like the yonex srixons better. so i hit htem better

these are def better feeling, they have something extra in them that u just cant quite describe.

im at a total loss as to whats wrong in me, somthing akin ot the epon 302 , i had a sismilar issue, fav club but i couldnt gte em to work

Thanks Robbie... somehow I missed that post.

Excellence information there and also scary to see how tiny the sweet spot is lol.

I was thinking of getting a set of 1957 or this but not sure if I can handle em' Being a 9.6 index doesn't help, eventhou I'm quite a decent ball striker :(

9.6 ?No probs what so ever i wouldnt have thought really the size thing is incidental after a cpl of rangr sessions and a cpl of matches everything else will lool like shovels!

Ifu completely u miss a gi club it goes no where u miss a blade it goes no where u hit a gi it goes well u get a blade it goes unbelievable off the planet mouth wateringly awsomely! Depends on what u wantfome ur club tho if u can find someine whis hit these they might enlighten you about theer playability its alllllllllllllll in the shaft shaft em well and they sing

Just thought I would throw in my 2 bobs worth as I have a set of these with Shimada Tour shafts.

Am no great golfer and I can say that these are nowhere near the hardest blades to hit and I have hit quite a few. For some reason the sweet spot is easy to find. Don't know why as it defies all logic cause they are tiny.

At first they are intimidating to the point of scary but in no time they start to look normal.

Anyone contemplating them should snap them up and should not be put off as being too difficult to hit.

Hope this may help someone

yup ...,and u dont have them sitting in yr man cave unshafted , AND a set of TT monaccos brand new sitting next to them.

pondering every night whether to just go in one more time was maddening

...... now i can rest easy and enjoy my 5002s without the spectre of these lurking like a noosee halo over he head every match.

its exactly like the epon 302 s i had to sell ages ago,

i cant explain it... they just dont work for me like others do

sooooooooooo

soooooooooooo

frustraitng.

u have NO idea.

Unrelated to these gorgeous blades, how do those Monacos play? I was between C-Taper and those, but couldn't find a dealer that would let me shaft up and try them in X. Any comparisons to the TTDG and/or KBS and Rifle Flighted?

monaccos i LOVE. .seriosuly.

im normally an NS proto guy .

lord knows i have more than anyone else on he planet,

but since ive been playing these monaccos ,

ive become a humoungous fan.

typically like all true temper they are kinda dull and lifeless. but in aq good way. and not just bec they are gold.

they are good to work about , flight is flighted but low flightedd and strong. the pw-9 ae tough cookjes ,te 3-4 iron easy to hit not worm low.

yes i really like them a lot .

ive got them in s-x- and TX. not shafted the TX up yet.

waiting for a suitable head to apear.

not a fan of KBS except fo the proto tour in black which ive got i na set of 2009 yamaha and they are fantastic...

even these ernie ells shafts i ahve . even on the low side take some getitng used to. they go longer. the bal ldef goeslonger with them.

idont like that .

id take the monacco all day over the KBS.

ive gothe monacco S in my miura cb3002.......tourstage 905 ........srixon pro 100........ and 2 sets sitting unheaded right now.

id suggest getting them!

Great deal there, beautiful irons those, I was thinking as I was reading that an Aussie or a Pom has to buy them, they'd be awsome on links setups.

Interesting re monacos. More food for thought for the new epon blades when they come out.......
