It means UK customs is checking it out. Call them give them your tracking number tell them you paid for express shipping and u want it sent out now! I kept calling and they had no idea where the package was. Then all of a sudden, one week later, it reappeared. At my house the next day. 2 weeks ago a zen arrived, cleared customs the same day and was at my house the next day. 23 days v 1 day. Same service.
