75 for all 3? If they were wv105, they would already have been sold.

I've got loads of these if not i'd be all over them. If I go for a w shaft in my wedges, that's the one. My opinion, KBS are rubbish.

Apologize for hijacking thread but Stew, you recommended the KBS to Dale in another thread? In fact I, recall you saying WV, would not be suitable, what has changed?

hmmmmmmmmm. clueless there...,m unless it was for like i said windy golf?

or length issues. ?

the WV are not for length they go high and spin. but are dead accurate, thats why i brought the yamahas i have them in back from oz to JP the kbs i have , i left in oz permanantly to use ONLY on links back home beacsue i need to get longer shots i most of the time . kbs do that well. i guess , thats why....

well thast what id think the diealogue might have gone along the lines of.

must have been about length id think....

the KBSi find to be about almost a full club longer..

the wv go no where near the same length. and they spin heaps more.

was that right ?

Stew, nothing to do with length.

"these are chunky topline and SOFT. so soft the ball melts on the face.

so...DONT go a soft shaft!

therefore DONT go the ns wv the ball wil get "lost" in feel .

id go DGx100..... shimada wedge...... maybe KBS black nickel....... something like that "

Anyway either way I've got the Hi Rev KBS fitted so I guess time will Tell!

I tend to agree with UKOK's top 2. X100/Shimada. But 3rd would be WV, not KBS. Precision wise x100 are my favorite, while I believe shimada's are a slightly better version of the WV's, same spin but a bit more feel (and harder to come by).

That was Stew's quote, not mine.
