Hows the cheesy marketing? Only in Japan :) None of the Specs have been released yet but our sources have revealed that the up coming 757 which will be released this year in Japan is very similar to the original model years back. The new version will be available in S & X only in 77/78g weights with a slight increase in torque from 2.5 to 3.0. Similar specs but different technology.

661.jpg

The new 661 is available in 3 lofts SR/S/X and range between 65-69 grams & 3.2 torque. The old version was 70-76g with a 3.4 torque so in this case the torque decreased.

569.jpg

The new 569 available in R/S/SR ranged between 55-59g with torque reading at 4.3 yet they kept the mid kick point for a more penetrating shot.

474.jpg

Finally the Speeder 474 which is between 46-49 grams with 5.4 torque geared for the slower swinger or woman.

I've just never ever gotten along with Fuji shafts but the one MCI shaft in my hybrid now and if I did, I like the picture f the senior for the 569 which is closest to my profile. Pigeon hole marketing has always been short sighted and alienates as much as it attracts.... LOL Just surprised the marketing chaps at Fuji went with this tactic.

To me Fuji never went away, some pros are playing the tour specs. I have the platinum in a driver and it's very very good.

How is this new 757 speeder compare to the Bangvoo 787 (I supposed it has same technology (the speeder technology))??

Guessing the BangV's would have higher quality materials considering the price point, the BangV 787 is a fantastic shaft, if these newer Fuji's can come close to it, they'll be solid shafts.

Hate the marketing for sure.

However if they can bring back the magic for the Speeder line they could have something. I did give the BangVoo a go and I honestly can say that I didn't like it at all. Just wasn't for me.

That said, the MCI's are the bee's knees as they say and therefore maybe the Speeder deserve a look.
