Lets Hear Your Vote!

Pulling the trigger on one of each of these. Impossible to make a decision without consulting with Chris and the forum

More than anything, I'm looking for straight. Just simple, easy to hit straight shots, first and foremost.

Secondly I need lowish spin because I swing hard.

I'll worry about launch from loft and the proper shaft.

I'm a tech and materials junky so I am a sucker for the latest and greatest... forged cup titanium, rolled face, etc, etc, I have no idea what it all means but I want it!

And then of course there is feel. Who doesn't like great feel in their clubs?

So... I'd love to hear your vote!

Thanks guys.

Rob.

honma DI with NS 120 shaft ,

DO it!

fw the prgr egg oifr low flight or the ryoma f2 for a higher flight.

both are monster long. ryoma easier to hit from deck , prgr better off tee.

prgr id shaft with qyadra fire express used mine again yesterday its flawless.

just bec its newer don't make it better

FW, ryoma and Modart , I have both, ryoma higher launch, straight and easy, Modart, more compact, better sound and feel.

UT, had a romaro type R and Modart, both are good, romaro are stupid easy to hit, sound and feel are good too, Modart is again, compact head. Straight and good feel.

A-Grind and Modart for fairway woods. I am not much of a hybrid hitter but Ryoma was long, too long to work with my gapping.

I would also add the Maruman shuttles to your list as they are easy to hit and come with very nice stock shafts at a reasonable price.

Hope you get an opportunity to hit some or most of these to make your own decision finally.

FW - Ryoma (long and easy) or Grandista (shorter but a nice feel)

Hybrid - Ryoma (long + easy + feel)

Best Hybrid

Proceed Justick. Easy to hit and very long. Has a nice feel to it.

FW

Off the Tee: Ryoma F2 or F3. Beasts from the tee box. Long with great feel. When paired with the FW80 shaft these can be mini drivers.

Off the Deck: Egg or Epon Ht. Both are easy to hit and long.

I agree with ash, the new egg 15* fw kicks a$$ off the deck and equally good off the tee! new one doesn't have a horrible sound and feels pretty good but the best part is it just goes long and straight!!

Are you guys talking about the 2016 PRGR Super EGG Spoon fairway or the 2015 New EGG Fairway?

Is the 2016 Super EGG illegal?

No love for Romaro?

So I'm doing this

Driving Iron - A-Grind CMB

Hybrid - A-Grind Proto

Fairway - Ryoma F3, PRGR Super Egg Spoon, Romaro V, A-Grind DST or Modart...

Can't quite decide yet on the fairway but leaning towards the Ryoma except Chris said turf interaction is a little iffy...

Good choices

Dont think you will be disappointed in any of these

I personally love the Eggs as a FW, and still use the original as a 3W. But am unsure if it is for you with your s/s.

Have yiu hit an Egg FW before

Probably a good reason why there is no love for Romaro

Just be aware Mr D that the eggs (at least the 2015) are 1* closed. It doesn't worry me but some of you big hitters get a bit worried about tne left side!

Thanks for the heads up, I didn't know that. I decided on the Ryoma F2 - 13* fairway.

I'll live vicariously through you then...

FW | RomaRo Alpha 15* 80g low launch shaft

HY | A-Grind UT 19* 90g low launch shaft

DI | Honma TW-U 21* 90g mid launch shaft

FW - shallow face easy to get up, heavier low launch shaft should compliment head nicely

HY - this head is compact great off any turf and gets the ball up high quickly. Again heavy low launch shaft if you use this mostly for off the tee or stingers, mid launch if you want even higher ball flight for long approaches

DI - long iron replacement with more forgiveness but retains control and feel of irons. Graphite will make it swing more like HY or steel to match your irons.

When you're done post pictures!

Thanks for the heads up, I didn't know that. I decided on the Ryoma F2 - 13* fairway.

After that pep talk on "latest and greatest" I didn't expect this choice. The F2 is awesome but I put it up against the Tourstage X-FW Type T and the Tourstage wins. Didn't want to chime in about it because of your pep talk...lol.

Really? I have the Tourstage X-FW 12.5 and it's a good head, but I want something more forgiving. Hope this Ryoma fits the bill.

Ok, then you're on the right track. The F2 is definitely more forgiving and a bit easier to hit but I liked the TS in every other category.
