Looking for reviews on Miura S-01 wedges

I am looking for some feedback on Miura S-01 wedges.   Anyone use them currently?

I have read that due to the extra soft steel they use,  distance is somewhat shorter?

Interested in feel, versatility from various lies ( fairway, rough, sand.. ) , turf interaction, and if they are easy to hit with the face open.

Thinking about replacing my Modart Suda wedges with them.

You may want the craftsman world version as the standard one is oversized with offset and a chunky neck transition.  I know this can be fixed by custom order but I have not seen those custom ones in hand.  I have only seen the stock version and know you would not like it.

My long awaited Miura Craftsman World Custom S-01 are here!!!   So excited!!

I ordered the following options:

- Smaller head size option
- Copper underlay + Nickel Satin finish
- Logo Gold Paint fill

Comparison Side by side pics to my current gamers: Modart SD wedges.

Really glad I did the smaller head size option not bulky at all.

Can't wait to shaft them up!   they are going to be uber soft!!

Thanks Chris for your guidance!!

Thanks!!   I got to hit them at the range and they do feel magnificent!!     99.3 Pure Iron Copper Underlay + Nickel finish is super soft.

These wedges produce more spin than the Modart Suda wedges.    Even chipping on carpet,  I can see the ball check quicker than with the Suda.

Until Seven comes out with a Shinagawa MB style 52 & 58 combo, I am set on wedges!!
