  1. Higher FP numbers mean less offset, so this iron has the least offset of the bunch.
  2. It took a while but they have arrived. 52 / 58 sets ( can't be split ) Shaft - Modus 3 130 Stiff Flex Grip - Modart Black 60R Finish - Plated Satin Stamping - Standard Length - Standard Lie - Standard Bounce 52/8 58/10 Swing Weight - D3 Offset - Almost Zero Price is 1150.00 shipped for the set of 2 wedges. Only 3 sets left!
  3. Email me at [email protected] if you need one now. What's odd is they only sell this putter head only, Being that Crazy is almost next door we just have them assemble it and ship it out.
  4. The BL is smaller than the 302, no doubt about it. BL is a touch smaller than the Nabla Tour if I remember correctly. Nabla Tour is smaller than the 302. I like the Nabla Tour a little more than the BL for the extra forgiveness. The feel is in between TourStage and OnOFF.
  5. That's exactly what this is, It's the Kamui Works driver with a busier sole in a new finish for more money. The putters while nice in shape are busy and way overpriced. Not what i consider a true brand, they need their own designs.
  6. We are jacking this thread, I'll start a poll with 4 options and let you guys choose, whatever the case all roads lead to something good.
  7. 2014 J-Beam RX FW Many outside of TSG are not familiar with the brand J-Beam but someone needs to tell those folks they make some of the best woods in JDM land. The 535 is our top selling driver at the moment, especially in custom specs. If you haven't seen it yet here's a link to the thread: http://forum.tourspecgolf.com/topic/37063-j-beam-535-driver-thread/ I'm playing this RX-FW now with a Muso 75FW in stiff and have been giving it a good run, it produces a mid trajectory with low spin and excellent feel, this has gotta be in the top 5 woods out today, I'm just going to list what my favorites are in no particular order Modart MA01F ONOFF TS358 & F358 J-Beam RX-FW Royal Collection 306V Ryoma F5 w/ 3 wood length Planning on building a 17.5 at 43" next. Only 2 rounds into this head at the moment. Expecting good things over the next few. Enjoy the pics!
  8. The closest thing to the original Technity wedge in size is the Endo made Titleist TVD Forged, not the same but the size and forgiveness gets close.
  9. The TSG membership is increasing and while thats great for business we must keep the JDM forum free of becoming diluted especially when everyone wants to pile into one category some with silly questions/posts its not good for the core users and content. The alternative is to keep every brand originally started in Japan in the JDM forum but we know where that`s heading, We can keep it true to the JDM scene by re organizing USDM products into the proper forum, and create a place for the casual JDM user vs the Core TSGer. With more JDM boutique brands joining us soon there needs to be distinction.
  10. TourSpecGolfer replied to supo's post in a topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
Amen! The only issues with this club are the stock shafts for the better player. but if you swap it out its imo top of the heap. other DI`s are sexier no doubt but this one does what the pretty ones should do, make it easier to hit long, towering shots that drop with consistency.
  11. This one doesn't use the 78T in it.
  12. Hi Ian, are you talking about the BBD 306V? Its one of the better fairway woods out and I would definitely consider it along with the ONOFF TS358 and the Modart MA01F, any of these you really can't go wrong if your seeking a players wood. The on off is the largest and modart the smallest.
  13. I know that you like the pear shaped drivers, modart is also rounder, the X-line is move but I've been suggesting a lot of Quadra TPV shafts and the feedback has been excellent, it's another players shaft that's worth a consider.
  14. How about the Jbeam 535 instead of the TRPX? It can be done totally custom. That said the MA01D is right up your ally, feels closer to your past favorites, muted crunch, higher more forward CG that produces less spin.
  15. Available in the US market officially with full representation, stock, etc.. RomaRo isn't in this boat, ONOFF is but Labo Spec Isn't, Epon is but if they make JDM only models then those will be in the JDM forum. Miura NA is USDM while Giken is JDM.
  16. The most forgiving OnOFF Labo Spec iron this year is the RB-247G. For an extremely forgiving mid/full sized cavity back here's a suitable option. By using cast materials onoff is able to increase the size enough in all the right places and at the same time keeping it's profile as close as possible to what a pro player would like. One of the goals of onoff was to design an iron with the forgiveness of their Red series but the feeling and operation of the black series, and from there comes this. It features a maraging face like many utilities use Inside the head there is tungsten weighting :) The undercut this year versus the previous "F" version is more rounded now pushing it lower. And a new multi thickness back face subtly balances the weight behind the face. This kinda cast is fun, the face just explodes balls with ease, the size is just slightly larger than the 2013 onoff forged, the feel is light tinky like an iron with a UT's hot face. I must try this with C-Tapers.
  17. Cold forged is a stud, the only thing generic about them is that they are from Titleist but other than that the loft/bounce/grind options are the biggest in JDM land. What's this light and thin stuff? There is a grind for nearly everyone in that line up.
  18. I strongly believe that Endo's best ever were the severely under appreciated ONOFF S-Forged irons... Yup the ones that are almost 5 years old, for me the light trailing edge relief combined with the leading edge grind and compact size take the cake. Taking second place would be the 2013 Vokey Forged then behind that the PRGR & Yamaha players wedges. With all those CB358 players loving their irons, it's surprising we let ONOFF's tour wedge fade away and now ONOFF has no more in stock and doesn't plan to replace them soon. These are so good they rank in my top 5 list of favorite wedges: - Modart Custom - Buchi Custom - Toyoshima Wedge - ONOFF S-Forged - Cold Forged Vokey
  19. Modart Drivers, FW, UT's and the custom wedges are all top notch, among TSG's very best. we can easily recommend any of these for players looking for the perfect setup, feel, and performance.
  20. Also there was an error in our listings, - Believer (CB) - Believer II (Neo Blade) - Adject (CB) They are not S25C they are all made of Stainless Steel SS400
  21. RMX tour model MB is worth considering, we have a couple sets to let go ata great price, yoro craft mizunos with box toe, thinner topline and sole with less offset is another option. Miura SB-01 as maniac mentioned are solid as well.
  22. So the 535 Jbeam Driver is a killer, so is the Glorious and the new RX Fairway's which I will highlight later in the week but today it's all about this little Gem the Jbeam MY-11 Forged Putter. Giving it a run today.
  23. Endo gives better deals on irons to brands that make the complete line up with them including woods + irons + wedges. Producing just irons in limited numbers is not a cost effective option. Unfortunately Endo is feeling the burn as brands move to produce elsewhere.
  24. This one is a bit wild:
