  1. Yes the 9015d really is one of the best driver heads I've ever hit, for me it's a great fit. It's seen off some of the newest & supposedly best such as the 910D3 & R11...I don't know why I keep buying new drivers as nothing seems to beat the Adams. I've even got the much rarer 9016d but that's too low spinning for me Even I'll admit I've got too many lurkers in the garage but I'll never say that to my wife lol Cheers, Yes the Adams proto is a great hybrid, it just went to long for me at my home club so I never had to hit it so it sat in the garage until I made up the 2nd bag for St Andrews. I've also for a 20° proto too but that doesn't ever get into the bag sadly Thanks D, not quite as pimp as you're bag which rocks!
  2. Cheers D.....Those look lush! Do they have a magnetic or velcro strip to keep them in place once on the head?
  3. Well I'll maybe offer a bottle up in a free comp the next time she comes home with some.
  4. I just managed to take some better pictures of my bags! And here's what hides in the garage....
  5. I'm the opposite to King as I could take or leave the 51° but I love the 57°. First time I played them was on a hard links course and the 57° was excellent off the tight hard lies and I hit some delicate chip shots around the green that I'd never have been able to pull off with my Scratch 60°
  6. Dale, Any chance of a couple close up pics of the iron covers please? I'm after a good set to keep my Miura's minty Cheers Gary
  7. Solus are practically unheard of here in the UK, I actually really like them as they play great with the sharp leading edge off the tight links fairways...but yes I've had a go with the Chikara wedges and they are lovely, the 58° is amazing for flop shots
  8. Corona is my favourite But a few others worth a mention... Guiness - But only when I'm in Ireland Tennents 80 shilling Boddingtons Belhaven Best
  9. I shouldn't really admit this but I'm Scottish and I don't like Whisky.................now before you all start lambasting me it gets worse. . . . . . .My wife works for William Grants the company who produce Glenfiddich & The Balvenie range of fine Malts and gets lots of free whisky! My favourite drinks are Corona or a Southern Comfort
  10. I've got 2 bags as I'm a member of 2 different courses. My main bag for my home course Lanark GC It contains the following - Adams 9015d 8.5° Ozik F7M2 LTD XX (my driver of over 3 years and counting) Bridgestone J33 15° Fujikura 757 X Taylormade TP 19° Rescue Ozik Altus X Miura CB-501 KBS C-Taper X Miura 52° Rifle Spinner+ Scratch 56° & 60° with Rifle Spinners Now the putter is never a permanent fixture and I've got a few in the garage but most recently it's been a Whitlam Code-M Centre Shaft My 2nd bag is more of a Link set up as I'm also a member of The New Club of St Andrews That bag contains the following - Adams 9015d 8.5° Ozik F7M2 X Bridgestone J33 15° Ozik 8M2 X Adams Tour Proto 17° Epic Hybrid X Taylormade TP Miura Forged 2 iron Satin PX 6.0 MacGregor Gunmetal Combo 3-PW Satin PX 6.5 Solus 53° Rifle Spinner+ Solus 59° Rifle Spinner Taylormade Spider CS I'm going to replace the Solus with a 53° & 58° Chikara Proto Wedges as soon as I can convince my mate to sell them as he's just bought a set of Chikara V3 52°, 56° & 60° The pictures are a ramble of old photo's put together from my photobucket account, I'll need to take some better ones this week
  11. Hi All, I'm offering up my Epon AF-301's which are 4-PW and head only. I would rate these heads in very good condition as I only used them on and off for one season but I understand that ratings are a personal thing so I've taken a few pictures to hopefully let you all decide on the condition. There are no dings to any of the heads, they do have some light bag chatter as expected with forgings. I'm in Scotland and will happily ship worldwide. I'm asking £310 shipped next day delivery within the UK, for anyone outwith the UK I'll ship what ever method is requested/best for the destination country based on £300 + actual shipping cost. Payment by Bank Transfer or Paypal Gift. My eBay ID is the same as my log on here - GKEN74 if you wish to check? Any questions just ask and I'll do my best to answer swiftly. Thanks and Regards Gary
  12. I've not actually discussed a price with my friend yet, he was good enough to let me try them. He doesn't really want to sell them but he's gaming my old Miura wedges which I sold him so I'm sure I could talk him round eventually
