  1. My club fitter wants to lengthen my irons by 1 ", but when I get to my 8 iron he recommended that I keep that length the same and only decrease at a 1/4 inch for the 9 and my wedges instead of the normal 1/2 inch. He recommended this because I seemed to hence over my shorter irons. This makes seens to me, but what are some other opions or does this make sense. I also have found that standard lengths very depending upon ones sources, after looking up some standard lenght I have already found 3 different fitting lengths. So what is standard lenths for Irons 3-wedges???? confused on so many different standard lengths!!!!!
  2. Any other ideas out there? I am looking for all the info I can get. I dont want to offend anyone I just like to get lots of ideas> Thanks for the input so far.
  3. when I went to the club fitter I had better and more consistent contact when I had the 1" longer shaft, do you think I should still use extensions? Thanks for the input. He also recommended a shaft (True temper) that only club makers can get, True? I dont remember what the name is. any ideas?
  4. I am going to change my lie angle to 2 degree upright and replace my DS s300 and go 1 inch longer (per club fitter advice). What I am wondering When should I get my lie angle changed before or after I change the shafts? Any suggestions on what type of shafts are comparable to my DS s300? I would like a little lower ball flight, any additional information would be helpful.
