for me yes most defintely. but we may have our own perceptions on what hard is. for me its more cruncy or metallic. maybe this is so because of the thinner face which others would describe as tinny in other drivers. but since everyone is trying the foam version sound is now muted so it influences our perception. crunchy, metallic feel yet muted is best i can describe it based on my experience.
