  4. great pics chris!

The irons look as though they were based on the same style as the mr23s. Which would have made sense since you seen them 2 years ago. But dont you think that style or look of player cb is tiring?

Wedges look very tasty! any ides on the face and groove technology they are using? ie milled face? square grooves? etc

I agree, cross between the MR23s and TS202s in looks... if they played like these two irons combined they would be truely awesome!!

  5. As said above i did have the HO urge and ended up buying a JPX with an m75. however after playing both this and the XST i cant help but think what the XST would be like with the M75 Tour AD shaft!

Why such thoughts? because the XST is and has been the single best looking 3 wood head ive seen to date! feel of the face is soft yet solid, i think i just didt get on with the nippon steel fw shaft!

Chris can this be ordered with an M75 as custom?

Same here Bernard, I'm not getting one very well with the Nippon shaft, however I have a Diamana 83 Stiff waiting to go into this, will be installed once I've had my fitting @ Precision Golf, I'll let you know the results once shafted.

  6. Why would anyone be pissed off by your comment? To each his own. I love all Tourstage fairway woods and have never liked Sonartecs. Nonetheless, they are both undisputedly quality products. Different strokes for different folks... :tsg_smiley_yes:

Exactly, nothing wrong with expressing your opinion, as long as its not Rude or offensive then express all you want.

I really like the X-ST and have always loved Sonartecs, I've bought loads of them but never ever got the right head/shaft combination and I can't be bothered to try any more, I guess Sonartecs and Me weren't meant to be :tsg_smilie_wah:

  7. Yeap, Bernard was kind enough to sell the X-ST to me.

From my range sessions with it so far, I agree, its super soft yet solid, very easy to get airbourne off the deck, the only problem with was the shaft, a bit tto soft for me, ended up hitting low/high hook/pulls with it, I'm hoping a reshaft will solve the issue.

Others to try are 904F, deep face but still easy enough to get airbourne.

Launchers, Ti, Steel and Comps all very good

V-Steel 2, seen them in person, not hit them but the shallow face and weight towards the back should make getting the ball airbourne pretty easy with this club.
