  1. Seems like 2 very different sets spec wise. mb less forgiving, px heavier and lower launch i would notice a difference btw these 2 sets that said, if you play both well, choose what suits the eye
  2. Is it just me? But I like the look of that more than a regular ute.
  3. Nippon NS are not easy to get in the US and dealers dont stock or have much experience with them. If someone wants to play the most popular shaft on the pga tour then they should go for DG.

In addition to the Kamui Works, I've owned a few of the clubs from "this" Kamui brand, namely the Typhoon TP-03 and TP-05. They are quite good and comes with a very high quality stock shaft as well.
  5. Wouldn´t it be nice to be even longer? :)
  6. it also comes in gold I believe I have one coming in plain black.

Yonex beat everyone to it ... at least in their marketing strategy :)
  8. Yes if you have a fast backswing it makes a "swoosh" both ways.
  9. Was thinking about this shaft myself and playing it to 46". Even at 48g, that is light. I think idrive is playing this. J, if you're reading, maybe chime in.

    Quadra
  12. The IC-2003 will play much more like an iron.
  13. Having owned both, I would prefer to play with the new ones.
  14. The only problem with teeing it high is the greater potential to pop up the ball and get a skymark on your crown. I think everyone should experiment with different tee heights. On windy days, I'll tee it lower for sure.
  15. TC510 is a good choice if you want offset. in terms of feel, they come closer to feeling like mizuno as well.
  16. Thx for the update Fw sounds intriguing, thin body walls hope it is durable since fw does hit the ground 21, 24 is that 7,9w or hybrid? High3r cor drver is not going to benefit a slower swing like mine Its hard to improve on a good product already

Yeah, I don't see why it wouldn't work for some people. The whole point is that the ball goes in the hole.

When you first try one, it's going to feel weird like with trying anything new. Then there's the commitment to it overtime to gain consistency. If you do this, you may be rewarded. I don't use one, but I know people who do and are very good putters from short range. Then again, I know lots of people who are just as deadly from short range with a blade putter. If putting is a constant issue, then you may want to try it. For me, when I changed my putting grip, it made all the difference in the world.
  19. Back then, I never thought I would stop playing this driver and I still think about it. I changed because of the forgiveness of a bigger head. But now with 46" shafts, I think I was more accurate with a 44.5" or even 45" driver with a smaller head.

Vibration dampening is also generally better than steel. For a person who has tried lots of graphite shafts in irons, i just couldnt get it to work. In a hollow head like woods and hybrids, they are great.

For utility shafts, theres nothing steel can do that graphite cant do. The main benefit for graphite is lighter weight. Most people get a little more distance from graphite, and graphite shafted utilities are typically 1/2" longer to maintain same sw. If the steel shafts work, I wouldn't change it. For strong and old-school players, they stick with steel if only because they are resistant to change. I just think graphite offers more options for most people.
  22. Egg will beat the xcg-3 i would get the new model egg over the old one
  23. That looks real. It's the older Miura wedges marketed outside of Japan. Can't really say it's tour issue, but I've seen lots of these in non-tour players hands. I don't believe it came in a raw version, but it becomes raw with extended use.
