Hi Gocchin! Thanks very much for your reply. Can you tell me how much thickness in mm will 1 wrap of tape add to the overall thickness of the grip? Are the Opus 2's not as soft as the stickys? Do they feel harder because they are thinner? I am considering getting an absolute putter grip as well. How does this compare to the regular midsize putter grip? Thanks for your advice. I dont have a local shop where I can have a look at them first. Jeffrey.

Hi, Im new to this forum, and im hoping to get some good advice regarding the grips mentioned above. I would like to know how many wraps of tape will be required to install this grip. I understand that Opus 2 Grips are 1.8mm in thickness compared to the Opus 1 which is 2.3mm. My hand measures 7" (wrist to tip) and 3" middle finger. I normally wear a mens small glove and would be an "Aqua" using the Ping sizing chart. All my clubs have a standard .60 butt diameter. Can anyone recommend how many wraps of tape I will need to get the desired grip size? I will have to pass this information onto my local club fitter. Also, please confirm if I should use a water based, white solvent or hairspray to install these grips. Thanks in advance. Jeffrey
