Hi Guys, new to the forum. been at 4gea since it started and Golfwrx for a few years looking at higher quality clubs and landed on here.
Need some advice, I need the longest and easist to hit straight fairway wood out there. Looks like New egg spoon seems to be it.
But what degree and shaft? 15 or 17.
This year I dropped the 3 and just went with an 18 degree 5 as the 15 degree 3 didn't go much farther.
I've tried many 3/5 woods and they all are a fade to slice. I can get them up they just go right. My driver is straight, my irons slight fade. I play HD6 stiff and Mizuno Tour Spec stiff. My swing speed is slow in the 88-92mph with driver but I find with stiff they go straighter then regulars. Driver avout 220-230. My hadicap is 12-14 and I'm in the low 39-44 depending.
So I need something longer from the fairway and my current 18 degree TM Superfast with a R9 Stiff Fairway shaft (70 grams) is coming up short at around 190. I need a 210-215 or longer from the fairway or longer.
So what do you guys think for me? 17 or 15 and what shaft?
Thanks
