  1. I've seen second hand pulls go for that money. Think they were between $800 and $900 new.
  2. 45" total length used to be standard with (depending on the head) a 43 1/2 raw length shaft. If you've installed your shaft un-cut then you've built something approaching long drive competitor length although Cobra are going to be releasing a 48" "gamer" driver soon. I would suggest you are going to be looking at butt trimming your shaft.
  3. I add a couple of layers to the bottom of the grip to take the some of the taper out. This should go some way to prevent you turning the club over. I would discuss shaft length with your club fitter.
  4. Has anyone had any experience with these shafts, either in the 50T or 90T options? Before this thread goes "Crazy" please bear in mind they are well beyond my budget and so was wondering how the Geotechs stack up as an entry level high modulus shaft.
  5. If you know your EXACT shaft profile as opposed to one you're relatively happy with, are you going to get the ultimate custom fit one off profile manufactured in steel or graphite given that (and I'm guessing here) steel will be considerably more expensive. I'm thinking along the lines of one off profiling being the next stage in true custom fitting and graphite is the only way you can keep the costs feasible going forward. Just a thought, is anyone out there producing Boron iron shafts ala Diamana Stinger? Would be an exciting experiment if you could stomache the cost. By the way anyone still using a steel shaft in their driver (or even fairway metal)?
  6. There's a 58-10 on ebay.co.uk at the moment.
