    Shimada Pro shafts ?

    Are you sure you didn't try one of the lighter Shimada shafts? If not, I''m really surprised they feel much lighter than dgs300. When I googled, I found some sites mentioning the Shimado Pro are around 125 grams, so only 5 grams lighter than dgs300. For me this would be fine (prefer somewhere between 115 - 130). Right now I'm playing MP-32 with dgs300 and was wondering how the Shimada Pro for example compares to that shaft.

    After a long time reader of this great forum I really got the urge to buy a nice set of Japanese quality irons (I guess visiting this forum too often does that to you). However where I live there not too much choice and I really do prefer to buy locally. One of the possibilities is a set of Vega irons with Shimada Pro shafts, a nice set indeed. However I have no experience with this type of shaft at all. Did anyone tried the Shimada Pro shafts and could tell me what it compares to closest (KBS, Dynamic Gold, ProjectX, ...)? Thanks.
