Yes, you are right. I am not looking for distance. More on finding a reliable club very tight fairway. Find the stock length 901 create a gap. So I think i install 4-iron shaft or 3-iron shaft into the head and test.

Any one has tried that? Is 901 designed to hit high such that it needs a longer shaft to achieve the same distance as a normal 4-iron? For example the standard length for AF-302 4-iron is shorter than the standard length of 901 22*? Thanks.
