I have tried a few male instructors and they all seem to have an agenda and that my swing was crap and they were going to overhaul theirs. Tammy Lohren is the instrustor I went to and she looked at what I had and reasoned out why we were going to do the things we were doing. She showed me and had simple drills and tried to not get too technical because I am a feel player. The other instructors had a system and I was going to conform to it but she went with what I had. Thanks for the well wishes guys. I won't be back on probably for another 10 days.

Damn the back is screaming. I went today and took a lesson from a new instructor and it was by far the best lesson I have ever been to. She put things to where it was easy to understand. She watched my swing and took notes and told me after about twenty to twenty-five shots that my swing looked good and I struck the ball well but there were three minor things she saw but only wanted to focus on one and mentioned another. First was my grip I had the right thumb on top of the shaft and riding up[ my left thumb so she wanted to slide it down a little...boy did that feel weird. Then she mentioned I was starting my swing with my hips instead of my left shoulder. Also my shoulders sit the on an even plane instead of the right slightly lower. We focused on the grip because this will adiust the shoulders. Hey for forty bucks for the hour I feel like I got a ton of info. Anyway I will be out of the loop for a while starting thursday...going on a little vacation...Kansas to play Colbert Hills in Manhattan, Kansas and then back to Sarasota Florida for some sun and a little golf. Damn this was long winded but I haven't been very productive lately so I thought I would make up for it. Hope everyone has a good night.

I thought the titleist 690.cb top line looked awfully thin. I still love my 300 top line though.

Congrats on the 9 pound steelhead! This just has to happen to me. Over easter I am driving to Florida with the wife to see her folks and I am flying to Kansas to see a friend I haven't seen in a year and we are playing golf at Colbert Hills at kansas State Univ. They say the course is real good...it would be a damn shame if I could not play.

Well the dust needs to be knocked off of this thread so I thought I would chime in with my luck. Going to Florida in a couple of weeks and now I have hurt my right wrist. The top of the wrist hurts and I am getting numbness in my ring finger...pinched nerve I think. Also I would just like to give kudos to Belkin's customer service. I had to unhook and rehook up my computer this weekend after purchasing a new desk and the router went on the blink. Called Belkin and after 10 minutes of trying the lady tells me to throw it away and my new one will be here in 5 to 7 days no charge. I did not even ask for it she just said it is coming. I thought that was great.

Mike I am pretty sure it is the 340 gram version. Thanks for pointing this out since I must have my head firmly planted up my ass. The baby bee is hopefully on its way to a new owner. I have posted it in the B/S/T forum so hopefully someone will enjoy it more than I did. I just cannot keep the Monza out of the bag. Yeah it is good when you activate all four players for the week. The week b/4 I only activated 3 players for the first round. Kind of shot myself in the foot.
