Kamui Tpo7s nitrogen version. anyone?
Nitro is not new tech. Can;t remember which brand tried it quite a while back and it failed due to leakage on a shaft change. Not saying it can;t be longer but I don;t believe that its longer due to the Nitro.

RC Dent Back
Finally got in 18 with the RC DBs. Shafted with the Shimada NW110s, they play very nice. Interesting though… they are built to the same length, SW, grips etc as the Crazys but the RCs feel head heavier. Shot feel is a tad on the firm side but very solid! I do believe that these perhaps have the most spin of all my wedges. Not that much more than the Crazy with the crazy rough faces but more. The 52 bent to 54 is great for green side bump and runs and the 50* approach holds very well. Tried a flop with the 58 and pulled off. Only wish I didn't open the 58 that much as the flop was about 10 yards short of the pin but easy enough to flop. Damn… the DWDs are good, the Crazy's are good and these RC DBs are at least as good…

Byron 612 Matte Blue
Just took out the Byron to putt on the indoor mat… I must say, despite the pathetic Blue Oil finish which really should not be offered any more if it last for less than 3 months, the 612 putts very very well. I've ordered a Blue Iomic Absolute X for this to match the Blue hue and I wonder why cause the blue hue ain;t there no more LOL (still pissed with that actually).. Regardless, again, a putter that rolls very well.

Thinking about a GF putter
You referring the multidirectional new Gen PZ mill or the original horizontal PZ mill? The latter gives more feedback for ME.

Iomic Absoute X Putter Grips
Not sure if anyone else is on these yet but I've since changed (or in the process of changing) all my outer grips to these Absolute X. Size wise, it seems just a tad larger than the Absolute midsize grips. Feel wise, if you like smooth, then this obviously is not for you but if you like tacky, then this is nice. New its a tad smooth but what I found is wiping it down with cleaning solvent gives that tackiness. Problem now is I have 5 or 6 Absolute grips still in great condition lying around LOL.

Epon Zen vs Epon i33 vs Yamada Emperor 2
You are correct Toki! Actually, reminded me when I do have under 30 putting rounds, its because I chip it real close when I miss GIR… and I'm getting old LOL.

Epon Zen vs Epon i33 vs Yamada Emperor 2
Dude, 25-26 putts average a round is extremely good for social golf. That's 1.44. Best on PGA tour is 1.66 which is about 29.88 or 30 putts a round.

R, Not silly question… Just feel like it and I like the feeling or impression that I am involved in how my putter turns out. It's as close I am going to get to actually using my hands and milling the billet. Maybe its a subconscious thing in me to be a putter maker or race car driver LOL. As for taming.. not really.. ALL my putters are ansers with full shaft offset. THe style which I find suits my slight arc stroke best. All my putters play to the same length, have the same face loft, lie angle and head weight. This I have found makes going from one as near seamless as possible. I do take your point if I had say a center shaft mallet, then a Zen like putter and Ansers with different lofts, lie, length, head weights etc.. that would require real taming I agree. By keeping all the performance specs and putter style the same for all of mine, I believe, I've eliminated the wildness from putter to putter. That said, although all specs are the same, there is a difference in feel from putter to putter. That I think is down to the different face mills and materials. There's an ongoing discussion on whether face mill affects roll.. one school says feel only and no effect on roll… the other says it affects feel and roll… I'm starting to lean towards the latter now… but we digress. So yah… no taming required from me… when I switch putters which is maybe every 2 weeks… I just putt indoors on my mat about 50 times and just to reacquaint with the feel and that's it. No need to adjust ball position, stroke, address position etc due to the fact that all performance specs are the same.

Swing, what you say is true. Does a $1000 putter cut anyone's putting average in half and more as the math would suggest, of course not but to each his own. Your logic is not wrong but I suspect for those who spend more than retail for non-retail putters, there's other perhaps emotive factors which they place a premium on and are willing to pay. Again, no right or wrong just different strokes.

Thinking about a GF putter
For me, I have tried the new gen PZ mill, the original shallow face mill and the original horizontal PZ mill. I find the last mill type the best and went for that for my GS Mono tune-up.
