MP 27/MP 60 combo available
MP27 and MP60 are not that far of a different in size. MP 27 so far are Japan only. I'm sure US mizuno allow us to order combo of MP 60 and MP32, Which IMO are pretty neat combo already. If you are thinking really forgiving set up but still good enough to be a player set up, I would go all the way combo of MP60 from 6-PW and go w/ hybrid on the 3-5. I see more and more people setting them up this way. They even go all the way to 19* or 17* hybrid for 5 wood replacement, driver and 3 wood. Just a thought! joe

Question for Joe Kwok - Diamana 63 vs. Speeder 569
I can't give you guys any advice what shaft to play with because i don't have enough detail info on your swing and game. I can only give a little bit of the shaft charracter. The Diamana feel and play softer than the 569, they diamana hit the ball slightly lower trajectory on the S and X felx and about the same on the R flex. So Diamana flex point gets lower on the more flexible one. Diamana 63 obviously are a heavier shaft, slightly lower torque but due to the soft tip charracter, it doesn't seems tighter feel. Maybe a little but not by much at all. Over all is pretty similar except weight and feel. Good luck! Joe BTW, Any shaft will be stiffer about 3/4 flex on FT3 driver and who ever work on this club, he better be really good at it and have lots of patient.

Fuji ZCOM MW64... anyone played one?
TW64 is a lower kick point shaft w/ slightly higher spin rate. It'll shot the ball higher on the air compare to MW series. Joe

Fuji ZCOM MW64... anyone played one?
Definitely! Not much though! It gets tighter and boardier a bit as the torque gets lower. The heavier the more you'll feel it. Joe, what would be the trajectory/spin difference between the MW54 and the MW64 assuming they were in the same head? Trajectory is about the same and spin rate is slightly lower due to tighter torque. Joe

Fuji ZCOM MW64... anyone played one?
Sorry! I was out playing golf the whole day today! :smile1: It's a mid kick shaft w/ low spin rate. It produce a flat ball flight but still the deliver ball up on the air. Feel a bit on the tip stiff side IMO. 66 grams w/ 3.2* torque I'm playing w/ the brother MW74. Love it so far! I got it on my FT3 9.5* neutral setting. 76 grams w/ 2.6* torque and mid-midhi kick. Lot's of control in this shaft, I need to learn how to trust it and pull the triger. Rombax has a smoother feel and slightly looser tip feel due higher torque, Basically friendlier! This shaft really kick! Joe Kwok [email protected]

355 taper tip if it untouch by some butcher! LOLJOe- hosel drilling question
No way i can tell you YES or NO without looking at the real problem is IMOJoe- Axiv or Rombax?
Rombax or Axiv will be good if you can match the profile of the shaft w/ your swing charracter and the club you are going to put the shaft on.You should not worry to much if the charracter of the shaft fits your profile IMO. Good luck! Joe [email protected]- shaft pullling
Lot's of factors here:How thick the tip weaving is. (off course heavy shaft is thicker) How good the quality of the weaving and fiber is. How much heat you put when pulling. How good is your puller. How hard is the epoxy bonding is. What type of weaving is the construction of the shaft. Those are some on top of my head now. Joe - Cutting shaft
????? Joe, does this mean a 45" shaft actually weighs 540 g (12g per inch ??) "Swing weight" not static weight!!! Joe- Cutting shaft
Per 1 inch you need to add 12 grams to maintain the swing weight properly. If you do want to maintain the flex too, you need to tip it from the tip and you need to bring it up 12 grams on the head weight to bring it back to the original swing weight. If you cut it from the butt only, you will loose 6 swing weight point and increase the stiffness by 1/2 flex approximately. If you cut it from the butt and increase the head weight to bring back the swing weight, you will soften the shaft by approximately 1/2 flex. Most people who cut the shaft shorter are for better control. However you need to remember, if you are used to w/ a swing tempo for 46"...you will need to learn it again at 45". So tempo and rhythm That you are going to deal on cutting the shaft. Maybe for the better, maybe for the worst Good luck! Joe Kwok- WTT/WTS 9.5* R7 HT japan issue head only!
I'm doing this for a friend! He is one of the top amateur player here locally. It's is a conservatively 9 condition ( I will take a pic later for serious buyer or trader ), No head cover but it come w/ the wrench. He has an R5 head cover on it. This head is a legal version, it's either a japan issue or the early release tour issue, but i can't say a tour issue at all. It has no serial number and this is a non TP version He want to sell this head for $265 shipped or trade w/ some cash w/ 9.5* R7 TP tour issue open face angle one or comp 460 9.5* retail. Let me know what you got to help this guy ! THX! Joe [email protected]- What kind of car do TSGers drive?

OLD NEWS for Willy boy!!!LOL  Joe- decreasing loft=?
You got pretty much everything in the button. No effect what so ever on the lie if the guy who bend them didn't change them. Don't worry to much! Number on the loft is only number... if you got everything on the right number of yardage you are looking for...that should give you a better distance control. Do it if you do feel you need them. You can always bend them again till you got the right. Just make sure the guy who bend them know what he is doing. Good luck! Joe - Fuji VT80D experiences/opinions/reviews
