  5. Notice in the pick of the R7 bags, in the left upper part of the pic the guy practicing his putting is using one of Stan Utley's tips; holding his right arm against his body with his left hand and stroking putts....just thought it was interesting.....

    I noticed that guy too, but i didnt recognize him at all. He was stroking his putts good though.

    Anyone have any questions about the pix or other things i might of seen?

  6. Anyone using the Breakmaster by Exelys? It is a small electronic device that gives fall line direction and slope when placed on the putting surface. Can only use it in practice or before your round, however. I've ordered one and will post a review in due course.

    Also, where can I buy a Stimpmeter? I found a UK-based site for the "authentic" Stimpmeter, but that seems like a long way to go to buy one...

  7. A few observations I had from the pics:

    -Maru using the X-Drive 2 350cc

    -The Taylormade R7 TP has a bigger better headcover

    -Many TM players have multiple drivers in the Bag

    -I cant get a tee time there this weekend for some reason :-D

    Maru- had a light blue, almost greenish shaft in the driver i saw him hit. It said Tour AD on it i think.

    ALOT of Pro's had multiple TM Drivers in the bags, most had a TP and r7 ... some had 2 r7's.

    I was really surprised to see VJ had a new putter in the bag.

    Im sending over a bunch of nice PIX to Chris... he is gonna post them and ill write some info up when they get posted.

    Until the PIX come, here is a little info ....

    Lots of R7's in play... almost every TM Staffer Had one and alot of non TM Staffers Had one.

    Vijay wasnt using an MOI Putter... he was using a Belly Scotty Cameron that looked like a Newport Style Head.. it had the Stainless Headcover. I wasnt sure what driver he had.. one had a TP Headcover and the other had the Cleveland Headcover.

    The Course looked VERY hard.... very tight fairways and the greens were really firm. The players were having trouble stopping approach shots and on many holes the balls were rolling back 20 ft off the front of greens after they had stoppped moving for a second.
