Going off the quality of the build and appearance I would guess its never been pulled but I can't say that to 100% as I am not the original owner. I'll snap some pics of shaft marks in the am. Not really looking for trades.

45.5 inches approx...shaft has a an extension...1/2-3/4 inch Ferrule could use a turn or two but doesn't bother me or noticeable $200 for head Thanks
