I would like to know too! I know taipanli used to play with the proto until he recently sold it! I am currently playing with the regular JC in 10.5 and also change the shaft as I found the stock shaft a little unresponsive. I have switched to the Fuji ZCom TW44 and has been performing like a gem with extra 20 yard distance!

Tks for the info. So will you recommend that I can consider looking into their putters since they are from GF, or are their putters made/sourced differently like the GD Japan vs. GD USA putters? As for TSG shirts, it sounds like a great idea! :smile1: Are they available now?

I was also looking into MP-27's vs. GD CB's and ended up buying the GD CB's with no regrets!!! It was love at first sight! :love: I also have a set of 690 CB's and 690 dot CB's and in terms of feel and forgiveness, they don't even come near the GD's. I have been struggling with a 12 handicap during the term of my 690's, and briefly moved on to MR-23 US blades for awhile, but once I got the GD's, I shot 3 continuous rounds of 80!!! :wink: If you want to look at some of the forum threads under "Irons", such as "Brief Review MP-27" and "Gauge Design Forged Cavity Backs", it can give you some answers you might be looking for!

I am also looking to shaft my new GD 4W, but in a much lighter shaft like the TW-54. I just re-shafted my JC driver to the TW-44 and tested this weekend and it felt just great! Much better ball flight, easier to hit, and 20 yards longer!

will you just sell the head only as the shaft spec is not suitable for me. pictures?

Hi Di, Tks for your tips. By the way, I'm kinda new to TSG, so who is Chris and what is his email? My second question may have been asked before, but what is the difference between the GD CB's in black finish as per your picture vs. the finish that I have in steel?

Can you guys suggest a dealer where I can get some further information and a quotation on the GF CB's (such as their lie and lofts)?

I just bought a set of GD CB's and would like to compare them to the GF CB's by Sasaya. Can anyone give me some feedback, as well as a contact where I can purchase a set of GF CB's? :smile1:
