I have both of these drivers and to me they don't sound the same at impact. Just wondering if any of them are foam/cotton filled? I've also read that the r7 has many different sound depending to weight configuration, is this true?

I also think that the SC75 is for stronger players than a 757. Maybe the SC65 is the closest to 757 but with less weight for more club head speed and responsive tip.

At first I thought you're talking about the frequency of the shaft in raw not build into your r7 cause this reminded me of my tour irod 95 x-flex shaft before i installed it in my ss-05 i had it frequencied raw and it came out to be over 320cpm but after i installed it and had it frequency at 42" it came out to be 275cpm. i'm assuming that the frequency result you have is with the club to finish length? Maybe the anylizer is not calibrated?

Why don't you try the Accra T60. These shafts are gaining popularity with members on this board with R7 head.

How do you like yours ?- I am thinking of trying a T70 in my 540DF Sorry my shaft on my signature is wrong. I actually use the Tour T60 not T70. And to answer your question, yes I do like this driver head/shaft combo, I also have another driver which is the 510TP w/Accra SC75 which I haven't used since I got the R7 and these 2 drivers had very different playing characteristics.

I recently pulled the True Temper Dynamic Golf Lite shafts out of my Z101 and noticed that every single one of them has some type of nail dent/imprint on the tip. It looks like someone tried to hammer nail into it but not making holes. Can anyone tell me that this is done by True Temper or what?
