how to distinguish a TOUR 905
Jim thats what i was thinking but got confused with the arrows, shows ya those 4 years of pro hockey were rough ones! thats why i turned pro, to get hit with wayward balls instead of sticks & pucks. i dont like titty drivers either! the joke was good, a 2 dollah bill would be more appropriate!

All we ask is you post some clear quality pics! Congrats and same to Ari@Scratch! Chris, for this one I'm gonna dispose of all the pics I took with my Sidekick2 phone cam & buy myself another digital camera. This time I'll take care of it unlike last time which I used it as a puck when I came back after practice pissed after taking a stick in the face!

POSSIBLE IRON CHANGE, NEED HELP
Ari @ Scratch & I have worked out a deal to play Scratch irons & wedges. I've got a set of custom tour blades coming, "S" logo on toe of the muscle with dancing Scratch spelled across the top, J. HOM on the sole of the club, in black 3x finish, red paintfill, & Tour Concept x1 shafts. I'll post pics when I get them in about 10-14days. Thanks guys for your help & a big thank you to Ari & Scratch for supporting my dream.

how to distinguish a TOUR 905
the retail & tour 905t are the same, i've got a brand new 905t 9.5* from a titleist tour player on the PGA Tour, my ex g/f is his neice, a little hint it was FAX/ anyways its got serial #'s on it, & when i went to check it against those at my country club pro shop some had #'s & some didnt? anyway i hate the thing & will never use it, anyone want it?

POSSIBLE IRON CHANGE, NEED HELP
how old are they? im only able to get the new stuff from my TM tour rep as well as some extinct models
-
What should I expect to charge....
yes, i agree with 1putt, about $350-375 in a 9/10 rating, any lower than that probably $230+ depending on what shaft your giving away in the deal

POSSIBLE IRON CHANGE, NEED HELP
i talked to Ari from Scratch yesterday & we maybe able to work something out to get my to play Scratch irons which shouldn't be a problem since i am only tied to play Taylor Made woods, carry their bag, wear their hat, & wear Adidas apparel. i hope we can work something out because i really want a set of custom Scratch blades, 3x finish, with my name on em  thanks for the help guys.

POSSIBLE IRON CHANGE, NEED HELP
Jeff thanks fo the link, those Scratch blades are shweet. i wonder if they come in a nickel finish, but thats exactly what i like, a clean, simple looking club. maybe those Scratch blades with JH along the toe . im gonna find out how long it takes to have them made, i dont know if i want those or a set of MP-37's, nickel finish M stamp, & i know those are about 8 weeks. I'M SO CONFUSED  thanks for the help guys, BUT I NEED MORE PURSUEDING. nothing against Titleist, i mean the Acushnet factory is 10minutes away & i have tour contacts there as well as a ball/glove deal with them, hit the 670's when i was at their test facilities trying stuff out but im just not a Titleist guy, im a Taylor Made guy, Taylor Made was my 1st choice when i was writing sponsorship letters & they were the 1st ones to reply. Titty makes top quality gear but for me to hit something i have to like it. but if titty showed me some $$$$$$ i think i could make a switch. TM has done a ton for me, but i think i could throw a set of custom mizzys or scratchs' in the bag!!!

POSSIBLE IRON CHANGE, NEED HELP
hey guys, i was thinking about an iron switch because i want blades back in the bag again (TP2's are the 1st cavity back in 4years, i know its just like a blade, BUT) i was thinking going back to a set of TM RAC mb satins, miura blades, or maybe a set of custom mb 37's.

ACCRA.........whats the story?
i used a accra last year, forgot which model. anyways i had been using a speeder 757 xs for the last 2 years at the time as i love the feel of the boardy stiff fuji with my swing speed (120+) & the speeder has everything i looked for, low torque, high kick, 70-80grams. the accra i had matched up in specs similar to that of the speeder. the accra was a good shaft but i found it to be a little whippy & didnt like how my ball balloned with it, the tip felt a bit week to me, IMO. so i had it tipped 1 1/2 inchs & it somewhat took care of the problem as the speeder worked much better for ME. i didnt get the feel with the shaft that i could set up & just step on one off the tee which i didnt like & got me to try to steer the ball at which time i went back with what i liked. when id step on one off the tee i could feel the club head lagging back a ton which proved to be correct as i jumped on a launch monitor a week later. all in all a good shaft, if you dont swing as hard as me, IMO give it a go. i just need a shaft thats like a tree trunk so it doesnt have a whippy feel to me.

PJ's BAG OF GOODIES as of April 15th *pics*
THANKS JON, I Know you must be wondering why I would stop using my 670'S? Well, easy answer.I can not believe the control and workability with the A1 Pro Irons they really are amazing obviously forgiveness is there because of the cavity but you really can easily work the ball. After 17 years with forged blades learning to work the ball they make every shot so simpliss! They also gave me wedges.GT II but I am not using them. They left the bag after only one round.I am using my old faithfuls. They are my 21 year old Tom Wieskopf 50 bent to 53 and 60 bent to 58 degree wedges. Best groves I have ever yet to come across! I also recently put down the Scotty for a Peerless putter looks like the new smaller version futura I love it so far. Adams also is sending me a quad style driver called the 430Q pretty well a clone to the R7.They gave me a Adams Redline 400cc Tour right now, we then put in a Grafalloy Pro launch and OH MY! Best feel I have had in a Long time and I own many! 975J,983 K,BB II 415,R510 TP and I got to tell you It's not high end maybe what $130- 150 new but I love how I am hitting the ball with it. im not an Adams fan but that is just MO, as long as it works for you, thats all that matters. surprised about the iron change as i had a tough time going to my satin tp2 irons, ive always played blades & the muscle cavity took some getting used to even though it is pretty much a blade, but im a traditionalist, like them simple. BTW, are you gonna play in the Cape Cod Open? if so maybe we could get in a few practice rounds together.

Easier to hit...MP 33 or MP 32
before i became a TM staffer i was playing the MP-37's & before that i was playing the MP-33's. but out of the 33's & 32's i would say the 32's are easier to hit due to the muscle cavity which replaces more weight down low therefore makes it easier to get the ball in the air, IMO

660TR ????
His BSG add said it was untipped. If this is true I am ASTOUNDED that this is a .350 tip 660TR...I didn't know they existed. Anyone ever sand down a .350 tip? Should I try this or just sell it as a .350 shaft? Thanks for your thoughts. sounds like it was in a 350 head & tipped to play stiffer & highten the kick point, id giv it a whirl if you have a head that will fit it, what do you have to lose, but i have seen this shaft with a .350 dia. also.

Holy Grail or Tour R 510 DF?
putterping, i saw it for 82 bucks & couldnt help myself, could make a few bucks selling it after buying it at that price!!!! i just received a brand new holy grail 10.5 with a fujikura 660tr from my tour rep, dont know if it will knock my r5 dual tps out of the bag, but i just like the clean look of the driver. i wouldnt pay over $200 for it, it looks in nice condition but ive seen brand new heads still in the shrink wrap for $299. if you want one pm me & i can probably get a brand new 10.5 or 9.5, with any shaft you want.

660TR ????
is the .335 shafts too small to fit in the hosel? the only time ive see this happen is with my r5 dual tp's, they are sopposed to be .335 tip but it is tood big to fit it smoothly & can fit a .350 in there snug, the .335 shaft needed a shim that was filed down to fit the sopposidly .335 hosel. a lot of tour heads are going to .350 tips no, cleveland, ping, ect. i wouldnt worry about it, just make sure you have someone who knows what there doing so they dont just toss you shafts with tons of epoxy so it fits. shim the shaft then sand it down little by little until its snug, or you can by epoxy with "beeds" (small little balls) that fill the gap between the shaft & hosel so you dont need a shim. just got a new holy grail with a 660tr, sweet shafts. hope this helps

Titleist 905t Driver
Ernie Els has done well with the 905T, but unfortunately not as well in the US as Internationally. The Taylor Made R7 is 400cc as well and it is the most played driver on tour, so I don't think it's just the size of the head..... I love my 905T! Bert-B TAYLOR MADE ALL THE WAY, WE SHOULD BE RACKING UP MORE WINS, NO SOULD DEFINATLY, LOL :yuk:
