  1. i have since flew the coupe with my R7's to the R5 dual TP, but still the R7 is my favorite club by far
  2. still crazy to pass it off as straight from a tour players bag & sucker someone into paying $1000 bucks for a club they could buy for $400 in a week with the same s**tty shaft. TOTAL ABUSE wouldnt you say?
  3. totaly agree, i go through clubs like they RANGE balls, sometimes when you get a new wepon is your hands just the excitement of having it makes you hit it better. whatever helps your game do it, & who doesnt want new clubs to play with? your not a HO unless you do.
  4. Royal Collection CV Pro 8.5 with a Graphite Design Tour AD M70 XS shaft, like the clean look, but dont think it could knock out my R5 dual TP's, love these driver & it would take a lot to bump them  :tm:
  5. $200 Shipped some one pls take this away. any reasonable offer will be consider. It's difficult to get this club in this good condition. paint break? smoothie? i was going to put my vsteel back into play cuz i cant get these from my tm tour rep. i cant really use the shaft as i need a xs maybe i can do $100 head only, cant use the shaft & have been lucky enough to not pay for a club in a while!
  6. VERY, VERY, VERY RARE!!! got em from my TM tour reps & 1 from a friend so it didnt cost me a thing, a 9.5 & 8.5. thats just an example of how hard they are to get, my TM guys had trouble getting em for me. price wise, 10.5/9.5 can range from $1300/1600 due to these lofts being most popular. 8.5 is probably $1000/1200 IF, & thats a big IF you can find one. IMO if your a HO its worth the money, i like the R5 dual TP better than the r7 TP shallows i was using, it did knock them out of the bag! but to have a driver in your bag that you know NOBODY(well maybe a few here & there but i doubt ill ever see one in a playing partners bag) will have in the bag besides you is PRICELESS, i didnt wanna hit these drivers i liked them so much. :tm: :logo:
  7. really!!! i have a buddy who was a Mizuno staffer who had the driver, 3, & 5 woods & he hated it, always pulled the 3, actually come to think about it i never saw hit hit that thing, probably cuz he had a bimatrix shaft in the thing :surprize: i guess thats what happens when at the time you have a shaft that only worked for 1 person, Mark Cal! remember all the rage in this shaft when he put it into play about 3years ago? ive actually seen a few of these out on tour in fairways! IMO i would never play 1, had it in an old 975FE & had to have it pulled asap & went back to the x100, but that was 3years ago in an "OL SKOOL" driver which was shweet at the time!
  8. Uhhh, make that three sub-trends. Forgot to mention composite or multi material drivers. This tech will become more prevalent with large heads allowing manufacturers to move more weight around to control CG location. Emerging nanotechnology will fuel this trend in near future. the MP001 & G2 arent bad drivers for the price at all, but for that price IMO i think the reg. R5 dual is a better feeling, better quality, & longer for the extra 30 bucks although i have not hit a stock r5 dual i have only hit the r5 dual tp's that i am currently using. the only driver that i have heard praise about is a G2 400cc Tour driver.
  9. 450cc, 2 moveable weights, tp crest on the toe, i took my r7 shallows out of the bag for these, IMO it is better than the r7. bigger head is a bit more forgiving, workablity is great being able to hit it left/right, high/low. launch monitor said my ball speed increased by 7mph, any way to get more distance.
  10. hey hoes, im looking for a R5 dual TP 8.5 or 10.5, the 9.5 isnt working the greatest or suit my eye, i will trade the R5 dual TP 9.5, its a 9+/10
  11. to tell you the truth i kinda like the DG X100's that i had in my RAC MB's, DG's & TC are both high kick, to bump down the ball flight i had them tipped, i dont think it would be worth changing to TC's if you just wanna change the flight. IMO just have them tipped. all the fuss about TC is that there hard to get. ibe been thinking going back to the DG SC x100's in my irons. never think its graphite cause the weight & feel is still steel, IMO. hope this helps. LAter DUDE
  12. i have, but the vsteel in the pictures looks like it doesnt have paintbreak, if it does i need glasses, a 905 with Titleist Speeder out of a PGA TOUR PLAYERS BAG, a Titleist Speeder isnt even a custom option, it comes retail, the only way i see this being possible is if a Tour player lost his driver & bought this from a pro shop that had a DEMO, that is the only way.

to tell you the truth the R7 TP is still my favorite driver, but the R5 dual TP gave me 10 yards & i just loved the feel, it knocked the R7 TP shallow out of the bag, its my 1st driver over 400cc & i absoulutly love it! the only thing is right now im looking to trade my 9.5 for an 8.5 so my back up's are the same. my TM reps cant find me any at the time, have any sources Juan?
  14. waste of a paint job! how about the waste of epoxy on the shaft! when i ashed him about the club, this is what i was told, "I RECEIVED THIS CLUB FROM A PLAYER WHO GOES TO THE TITLEIST PREFORMENCE CENTER OUT IN CA, THIS CLUB WAS CUSTOM BUILT FOR HIM AND IS TOUR QUALITY." quaker lane, Titleists test facilities in achushnet are 10 minutes away from my house, i contacted Cindy Delrosario whom helps me out with balls & gloves during the season & is a tour rep. she has told me that most 905's with no serial #'s are demos. i cant believe this guys is trying to con me, like i dont know my s**t. especially that he says it came out of a pga tour bag, now its a friend at the titty preformance center. whoever buys this thing is going to be :money: to him ripping people off :-)
  15. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...ssPageName=WDVW check this out, guys passing along a so called tour issue Titleist 905, the catch is the SPEEDER shaft in it. claims it came straight out of a tour players bag, only to have a Titleist Speeder shaft??? i have serious doubts about any tour players using this garbage shaft. amatures wont even play this shaft, why would a tour pro!!! this guy has to be full of s**t!!!! :-)
  16. Yea true, but if any other company put out tee up money like TM then they would have a hefty share in the driver market. TM is oversaturated in the business and I believe retail products are not as high quality as other brands. MHO though. also, close to half of the TM staffers still have the R500 series models in play... very true, a lot of players using the original R500 & xd drivers, even a holy grail in steve lowerys bag!

I dont deserve a cent from this guy, My guess is he pre-ordered the R7-XR from me and changed his mind so he is trying to sell and hopping to get tour prices of 1000+ Im surprised you tried the R7-XR yourself when its not released yet even to U.S reps. I have hit the Dual TP and R7-XR, the XR is longer and much easier to hit... IMO The Nike DFI+ puts them both to shame Feel, Distance, and forgiveness. im not a big fan of nike woods, they dont fit my eye & thats what i look for. as for the XR R7, we found it was just as long as the R5 dual TP, but even if i wanted to put one in play the COR doesnt comply with the USGA .830 COR.
  18. i hit it last week while at the TM test facilities when i was there dialing in my bag, it is deeper, but IMO i like the original v-steel better. but the proto i hit had a un painted finish, thinking about getting a v-steel t/s & sanding the paint off
  19. great info, surprised to see Hank Kuehne still using a TM driver after all the TF adds with a Callaway 454 in his hands. also a lot more R5 hundred & R5 hundred xds in play! only 3 guys using the R5 dual TP driver, thought it may have been higher due to the bigger head size but i guess guys are using the bigger R5 hundred series drivers. shafts counts are surprising with GD right up there with Fuji. but theres no doubt that TM is #1 in drivers, amazing how many non TM guys still using them, especially with cleveland staffers, i expected more to be playing the Launcher COMP. guess a lot of guys feel like myself as finding TM to be the best feeling & longest drivers, but thats just IMO, switched from Titleist drivers to TM 2years ago when i got my 1st R510 TP. great info, cna't wait till i make it out there, ill back up the brinks truck to the tour vans then rent a house to store them, & invite all my fellow hoes over! :smile1:
  20. we all my think its old news, but i dont see that many guys using a r5 dual tp out there. the r7 is the most used driver on tour, with tm staffers & non tm staffers.
  21. been a fan of TM drivers for the past 2 years, dont get me wrong but the comp in a shweet club, but i havent found a driver other than TM that gives me the feel, distance, & looks i want.

yea, a used mat do go along with your new driver, does he have a shag bag full of range beaters? i still like my r5 dual tp's over that xr r7, but it is pretty shweet looking. wonder how much this guy gets for it & how he got it. chris you should get a percentage of his sale, for him using your great pics of course :money:

Look like a SIX to me~~ :o :o without a doubt thats a Fuji Fit-On SIX, shes been using it for the past 2 or 3 years

i agree with "plus1" & "cpga" you have to put the 2 10gram weights at the rear of the head & the 6 & 8gram weights in the toe/head, this will move the CG back in the head. i play my r7 tp shallow toe/4 7 13 2/ heel
  25. where did you hear that from? i think your getting wrong info :-D , my TM tour reps have told me they wernt going to be released to retail. thats coming from my reps in the tour department.
