How about playing characteristics? I think I remember someone saying that this shaft is a right field machine, hard to turn over. Can someone who has played this shaft give me some insight?

Anyone out there played both a stiff and an X in the 757? I am just wondering how much stiffer the X will play. I am considering purchasing a 5 wood that has an X in it and I have only played a S. Any advise or comments would be appreciated.

I was told that these are hard to find other than on TOUR. They are brand new Titleist 975 LFE driver headcover with the rare graphics on the side in silver, and the cat in the hat striped long neck. Again I was told they came from the Japanese market, and you will surely be the envy of your foursome carrying this. They are made to fit 350cc. I have one on my 983e now and it fits snuggly. There also seems to be a bit more substance to them (heavy duty). I have seen these headcovers go for as much as $40 + shipping on Ebay. I'm looking to get $32 shipped & paypaled. What is the actual length? Has it been tip trimmed? Thanks

Joe, I was always under the impression that the 757 was a mid/high flex point. So I am assuming that in the tour spec it changes to a high flex point? Is this correct? Thanks

Do they come in different lofts? Are they difficult to find? How much do they run if you can find one?

Has the Fuji VP 90 been tip trimmed? If it is going to be fitted into a 5 wood does it need tip trimming or is this a butt trim only shaft? Thanks

Maybe this has already been discussed but can anyone tell me the performance difference for shafts with a tip of .335 vs .350? I'm talking the same shaft but just different tip diameter. Are there any differences? In this case it is a Speeder 757. I would appreciate any input. Thanks

Ever since drivers have gone to 45" I have stayed wit 44". I lose no distance but am able to control the driver so much more. I think a good question to ask is, what good is an extra 5-10 yards if it is uncontrollable? Also for me a tend to have more balloon type shots with the additional inch.
