As far as I know it is made by Katana before they split up to become two companies called "Sword" and "Katana". It is their older model which came out after one of their best selling the "55ATI" I believe there are two versions the 300cc and 350cc all the stock shafts are made by Graphite Design. I have hit the 300cc version, it is long, high and loud.
