The book is out...been out since March 3rd. Can get it from any online retailer like Amazon.com, walmart.com (always cheapest), BN.com, etc. Vokester, The "plane theory" has nothing to do with the shaft plane. As someone said earlier, it refers to the left arm and shoulders at the top of the swing. They are either on the same plane or not.
