$3.11 per gallon
the1stunner replied to acrazygolfer's post in a topic in Out of Bounds: Lifestyle, Luxury, Autos, Hobbies, High Tech GearHMMMM. I wonder how Exxon make so much money. Probably because they work really hard to deliver a great product at an affordable price. :tsg_smilie_rolleyes:

Speed Stik
Actually..I'm very sarcastic. :tsg_smilie_cool:

Speed Stik
I can tell from your picture there, thats the worst putting stroke I have ever seen. Plus it is a 2 stroke penalty to tee it up on the green. :tsg_smilie_confused:

Speed Stik
Uh. not always, Look at the top 6 in the world ranking & fairways hit %: Tiger 55.2%, Vijay 56.2%, Retief 55.8%, Phil 60.6%, Ernie 59.4%, Sergio 63.5% the morale of the story on tour is the closer you get to the green the better off you are. Hit it around 300 & hit a wedge. :atsg_smilie_circleT: Besides to get more swing speed you don't need a speed stick, I prefer the Jason Zuback method. All you need is: (1)Duct tape (2)a golf ball (3)6 iron Tape the golf ball to the face or in the cavity so the ball is secure & swing away. :tsg_smilie_cool: I like to loosen up then take 20 swings with the tape ball club contraption, then I'll swing just a shaft with a grip for 20 swings & repeat. As the golftrainer should know, this is a great way to develop clubhead speed. After all what does Jason Zubac know about swing speed?

G-Field = Gauge Japan?
Wow. See I hadn't heard all of that. My friend told me that DW was starting Gauge & when he returned to japan, the Gauge name was stolen from him, they (Gauge Japan) had the rights to GD in japan & even signed players on the japan tour. Now that he has the lawsuit & IRS tax liens against him, DW will have to mill his way out. I was wondering why every GDJ putter I have ever tried is better than the american models I tried. Seems like DW is a :atsg_smilie_circleL:

G-Field = Gauge Japan?
I love import stuff as much as the next tsger, but I thought David Whitlam was the guy who got ripped off. Before all y'all get riled up, I think this is the most beautiful putter ever made. I have only heard one side of the story from a friend of mine who is good friends with Whitlam & IMO it sounds like David got the short end of the deal. I understand that all is fair in love, war & international business. But without David Whitlam would there be a Gauge japan?

Fujikura SIX Fit On!
The six is still a waaaaaaaaay better shaft than the tour platform. I prefer a 75 gram shaft in my driver but I thought the six is a verry smoth feeling shaft with plenty of kick. It's good enough for Stuart Appleby to play for years It's good enough for us. I had to pull a tiger & put some lead tape under the grip & a balance certified plug in the butt of the shaft. :tsg_smilie_cool: In my R7 tp I had a nice penetrating ball flight that was true to the 8.5* loft of the club. My ss is around 115 +/- 3 mph depending on my back and I never felt the shaft loose control or like I needed it tipped. I would go with a stiff or even a regular since the shaft is in a bore through head.

Iron Shafts used by Touring Pros
Holy crap Dubbed- what is your SS? X300 shafts? :tsg_smilie_confused: Isn't that a little soft, I would try the XX800 if those feel a little sloppy. :tsg_smilie_cool: Anyways, If you guys want to play a shaft that is as consistent as those on tour check out these: Tour shafts
