Might take a drive down this road again. I've had the Miura's then sold them but have been intrigued by alot of the Epon and Yamaha comments. I'm a digger and live in the North East in the US. Really liked the Miura's and sold for a set of blades ( Yonex ) which were very good. Just wanting to go back to something with a little forgiveness. Currently have a set of Ping i20's which are very good for my swing ( predominant miss is a toe strike ).

Thoughts on the 11 model v forged?

I know i don't have any feedback on this site, but I'm always lurking and have plenty of positive feedback on other forums and ebay, so no worries. Now onto the goods. I have a pristine set of Miura PP 9003 4 & 5 irons and cb-501 6-pw. Shafts are spine aligned Project X PXI 5.5, with Lamkin REL 3 gen gray grips, pro-soft inserts installed. The 4 & 5 irons have been bent 1* weak and all lies are Titleist standard. Irons have 27 holes. Some of the ferrules could be turned down a little more, but no biggie. Irons play off of a 38" 5 iron. You all now how much these would cost you new, especially with these shafts. 1K shipped and Paypaled

Have been trying to learn as much as possible on the JDM equipment. I was kind of intrigued with the NC-1 irons. Quality, performance, design and craftsmanship, how do these compare to say a Miura 201cb? Who use to do the forgings for Gauge Design?

I was reading on the webiste that the irons made for oversea's are made in Japan, and the irons made for Japan are made in China. Why is this, and are they different iron heads? What plant in Japan does the forging for them?

Hello, don't post much at all but check in on the site frequently. PRGR TR 900 Md irons. How old are these irons and what hcp. are they geared for. Who does PRGR's forgings? Fourteen TC 550,& TC 770. How are these two heads different and are these forged in one of the Japanese forging plants. The other Fourteen iron that I'm intrigued with is the TC 1000. What are the differences and similiarities with the other two sets. What hcp. levels are those geared too.
