interesting.... if I were to purchase Nippon's, do you think it would be a better stiff consistency than purchasing TT shafts in the US? Thanks

I noticed that a majority of touring professionals use True Temper X shafts on their irons... does anyone know why this may be? Are Nippon Shafts of equal quality and usage by pro's. Also, since pro's have everything custom, how much better are shafts used by pro's as compared to retail sale (does it really make a huge difference?) Thanks, Ryan aka *rygolf06

I have a fast swing speed and feel that I maybe should use a 1150 nippon flex... I have always used a s-300 TT flex and has worked pretty well... what are your feelings on playing a stiffer flex.... I am not quite sure I may be up to the 1150 flex, would it hurt playability with irons? and conversely would a flex that is too weak hurt playability? Finally which would be worse; too strong or too weak of a flex? Thanks alot for all your help! Ryan aka *rygolf06
