    I would like to cut the shaft. Its currently 34 and i was wanting something like 32. The current shaft has a brand new grip which would be just short of impossible to get off. Also to get to 32 I fill it is best to try and trim the tip. Then tungsten powder down the shaft and a carriage bolt in the butt. How much weight could you add with the putty in the hive? I would like the head close to 380

    Will someone please help? I would like to play with the length and weight a little, so i am curious about shaft tip and the easiest way to remove the old. Oh and is there a way to adjust loft and lie with out machine? Again its a Hogan BHB9. Thanks tm
