mosesgolf
Max signed up under a new account at BSG and already screwed a couple of people. So don't go jumping into any "great" deals w/ newbie sellers anytime soon if one shows up.
VAGolfNut2004
I also found a very suspicious deal on R7 TP drivers out of Canada, from a brand new ebay account. Only $400.00 with all accessories - only payments accepted via Western Union. I will post the information later just incase it's Max or someone elsel like him. VA , if you are talking about this one http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewIt...7108957573&rd=1 I am also very suspicious of it . The way his ad reads made me question the the auction . Would not touch this with a 10 foot pole .

VAGolfNut2004
That's the one he had one earlier in the week a single for $400 and two for $700. He even posted a phone number and said to call him as he had two each of 9.5 and 10.5 in stiff and similar in regular I think it was. Bottom line when I emailed him he replied I could send him $400.00 via Western Union and he would ship next day. When I replied paypal only he didn't respond. mike_c70
I don't understand why this piece of $hit hasn't been caught yet by the authorities. I was a victim of fraud back in 2001 through a yahoo auction. Anyways, paid through money order and never heard from the person. I failed a complaint with Yahoo who pretty much said "tough $hit, you're on your own". I ended up filing a complaint with the FBI and such. 6 months go by without hearing anything when suddenly I got a call from an investigator from the Wisconsin Bureau of Consumer Protection (the guy was in Milwaukee). Anyways, long story short. It was some 22 year old punk who got threatened with serious jail time. They put him on a payment plan and in the end I got all of my money back. It seems like you guys know a lot about this person. The Bureau of Consumer Protection of the state should help out since there seems to be overwhelming evidence to lock him up for a very long time. Sgt_Slaughter
just curious, i dont think i was here when all this happened. but when i read all the posts and stories about it, i just stayed away from his ids who were posting in the b/s/t forum. just curiois, how many ppl did he screw over to start all of this. i knew it was something about r7's, but how many ppl did he actually get to pay.
