Looking to get some custom grinds on some irons- anyone know who does these???? web site of phone## thanks Josh

Josh,

If you are looking for a 100% custom hand ground set of irons then we at Scratch Golf are the people to talk to. We start with raw Japaneese forged 1018 carbon steel irons heads and hand grind them to your exact specs. Our website is www.sgolfclubs.com and our phone number is 541-687-1519. You can also feel free to PM with with any questions.

If you are looking for someone to grind an existing OEM set that you already have I would suggest talking to Joe Kwok. His email address is [email protected]

I think I remember reading that a member here sent a set of Taylormades to Chip Usher at http://www.chipandputt.com.

Chip Usher did mine..

Better grind than other tour van grinds I had..

He put on a more aggressive leading edge grind, a trailing edge grind, and a bounce grind in between the 2.. I didn't get them refinished yet..

Chip buffed them out to a satin finish..

Still have to keep the soles cleaned or they would eventually start to rust-but its not too much trouble...
