My mom is asking me to buy her a set of Honma irons, but I really don't want to get her a tradional set because she won't even use the 3-6 irons. Any of you guys/gals have any recomendations? Better yet anyone have anything for sale?

PM Chris, He hooked me up with a great Honma seller. Shipping was a little costly but everything else was great with the guy. He can probably do a 5-SW set. I know they are available that way. Let your mom take a look at the Honma "Art Series". Her foursome will be so jealous. Thanks for that hook up Chris.

I got my girlfriend a set of TM 360 women's irons. They've got graphite shafts and look smart but not too girly. She swings them really well. Unless there's some special reason your mom has to get Honma I wouldn't spend all that cash especially when there are so many tour proven sets from Callaway, TaylorMade, and Cobra. jmho

Actually I second that. Try to get the Japan spec as well. I compared the TM 200s in US spec and Japan spec when trying help my wife decide what to get. The Japan specs were better. Still lightweight and soft but the "balance" was better. I ended up reshafting my set of Ping Eye 2 BeCus in graphite for my wife instead. Came out at C6-C7 she loves them. Also if your mom wants extreme lightweight I played with an older female member at one of my clubs her Paradiso irons swingweight at C1-C3 :surprize:
