Has the paint break. This shaft was specially designed for Phil Mikelson. No serial on hosel. This shaft is not available for sale anywhere. It's the same shaft that Phil's been using in his fairway wood. Golfsmith is selling the PM702 for $250 on their website. This combo is extremely rare.
