TCshaft

Review are welcome!

They look good, I notice there is an S3 designation on the shaft, what is that all about and what other designations are there?

S3 is shaft flex, also know there is X1. Those are SWEEEET looking shafts, heard some reviews....similar to PX, slightly less spin, long irons are flighted short are same as DG (or very similar). Also have heard they are EXPENSIVE :(

Are there other subflexes, ie: S1, S2, S3, R1, R2, R3 etc. I have heard they are around $60 a shaft.

They only make an X1, S3, and R3, NO subflexes.

Definitely installed only. If there are any dealer out there sell shaft only, they could be in trouble.

Price quotation is only after knowing exactly what you really need on certain club head, basically i need to know what spec you really need it to be. 99.9% I only work on blueprinting the set to the spec that the player need.

I got my set Today with Tour Concepts X1. They look much better than the picture that Joe put up.

Even though they are very pricy but I do feel they performed very well.

I'd like to test 1 or 2 irons for a while, and see if I like it before I put the $$$ for an entire set, that's a pretty penny for a set of shafts.

Those are the greatest looking shafts. Have to try those. Thx JK

what does very expensive mean? i am ordering a new set of 690.cb's monday, i am definitely interested in playing these shafts. i wonder if i can get them in my new irons as a custom option.

do the tc x1's play stiffer than DG x100?

No! Softer.

Joe

I agree with Joe, softer than Dynamic Gold X100, especially in longer irons.

Here's a picture of TC shaft and hopefully, it'll give you guys a better idea of what color the shaft looks against other clubs in background.

Sweet color!!

Darn!! I'm wanting to HO out again. LOL :money:

Joey,

Would it be good to have these shafts in the Gauge Design Cb heads?

My swing speed with the driver is about 95-100 mph.

What would you suggest and how much will the shaft + installation be?

Thanks in advance,

Jack

How do they differ in feel and playing characteristics vs. a Nippon 950 or a Rifle (regular Rifle, not flighted or Project X, etc.) iron shaft?

You CANNOT get TC's through the Titleist custom department.
