im just curious as to why it is only a 7+ condition? just normal wear, low grooves?

That is certainly a reasonable question. To answer it, I will say that since I have no pics (I have a camera but don't know how to use it), I rated it conservatively to protect any interested buyer.

The grooves show significant use, but they are still good or maybe even better than good....no significant groove wear.

I rated it 7 range because the paintfill is poor and the sole has some nicks etc.....other than that is looks pretty good....and shaft is fairly new.....
