Junior
I just got bit by the duck hook bug. It hit my outta the blue. The only thing I can think of is that I'm releasing my hands to quickly. Any suggestions on something I can do to fix this. Help. (And no my grip isn't strong. Already checked that.) Sgt_Slaughter
well, arent hooks produced by having a swing path coming to much from the inside-out? u could possibly be coming too far to the inside. trying to think of some drills to keep the swing on plane and check if ur coming to much to the inside. Short of an overall swing correction try putting your right hip behind the left at address. your hips may be opening too fast. This works well

Have someone watch to see if you have a shut clubface at impact, trust me on this, having a shut face at impact is something that you don't see yourself, but the ball flight tells all... kre8ivetl
This might sound ridiculous, but it's what works for me. Try and get your hands as far ahead of the clubhead at impact (way ahead). See what happens. this will help slow down your release, if that is what it is. Junior
I was out on the course today and fixed the problem. My back shoulder wasnt staying back long enough so my clubhead would get way out infront of my body and be closed. Thanks for the tips though.
